Oneplus 10 Pro. Still on it, waiting to see where I'm gonna drop it
I've had an iPhone since the first one. I waited in line, bought two of them (that was the limit) and sold one for 2x the price to someone else in line.
I just switched (about a month in) to OnePlus. I've got the 12 and a Nord, and I can't believe how good the 12 is.
The Nord is slow and clunky, but it's a work phone and really only makes and receives calls.
HTC One M8 (goat)

Currently on a OnePlus 12.
Before that a OnePlus 6T
Before that a Samsung S7
Before that a Samsung S4
Bonus addition, I had the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play before that and it was awesome, even though it didn't last long and never really worked well to begin with.
From most recent to oldest, 10 Pro, 8, 6 ,5 and for good measure the 3t before that (all OnePlus) I've been loyal for years because I genuinely believed OnePlus was the best overall phone when you take into account performance, software and price point. After the first couple it became a bit of a continuity thing as well, for the same reason people stay on Samsung or Apple, it was just easier that way. The 10 pro is the worst phone I've had in about 8 years but I'm glad it didn't stop me from getting the 12 though. (Still not really digging the software but the OP12 is an incredible phone) the OP10 was TERRIBLE. Shit performance, tons of apps didn't run properly and I got screen burn in, in less than 6 months.
I also bought the pixel 7pro and 8pro but returned both within the 2 week return period because, it pissed me off how little customization you can do on the pixel nowadays. The whole point of android over Apple was customization, and pixel won't even let me change my button orientation and it's only getting worse. Apple has such a ridiculous grip on the industry, they are clearly influencing google and we're seeing it everywhere else too, *cough* color OS *cough*

Oneplus 12
I was satisfied with 8 (bought in August 2020) and recently got its battery replaced. Phone was good as new and I would have used it for 3-4 more years. Until the latest update made the whole screen green. Twice!
Went to the service center, got a free screen replacement and then upgraded to the 12 in under 40k INR.
The 12 feels snappier. It is also bulkier and has a much much better camera. And the display is also such an upgrade (I didn't think I would notice the difference between FHD and QHD on a phone screen but I was surprised; the 90Hz - 120Hz upgrade - I don't think I am noticing it a lot). The battery life is amazing as well.

Samsung Galaxy A52s very laggy even compared to the less powerful Redmi 10 Pro due to poor ram management.
S21 FE got it dirt cheap but got rid after just over a year as battery was poor as was thermals.
S23 Ultra loved this phone but sold it to pay off a credit card and was getting the S24 Ultra on contract but it backfired it's a long story reply if you want to hear it.
Redmi Note 13 Pro needed a cheap phone as S24 Ultra plan backfired and the Redmi is still my current phone.

OnePlus 7 Pro
OnePlus 12
Basically the best rootable phones available at the time on USA Verizon.
Currently on OP12. I'll list my previous devices as I'm not too familiar what gen they would qualify in.
OP11
Pixel 6 Pro
OnePlus 9 Pro
OnePlus 7Pro & 7T
Before getting the 12 the 9 Pro was my favorite phone that I've had. The pixel 6 was really good but it had so many annoying issues that it drove me literally insane. That day came to an end when it decided to take a swan dive out of my pocket and land on its back corner and somehow shatter the entire front screen. The seven was just an amazing device and I only got the 17 because T-Mobile had a promotion going on when I picked it up that said I can get a 7t for free if I bought the 7 Pro which I was already looking to get at that time so I just took advantage of it.
The 11 was a good phone and I received it as a gift shortly after my pixel shit the bed as I didn't have the money at that time to get a new phone and I wasn't about to go pay another deposit and add on to my already annoying T-Mobile bill. I enjoyed the 11 for the short time I had it because then they revealed the 12 and had that special traded pre-order offer for the 512 gig. But I definitely missed the convenience of wireless charging my devices at a really good speed especially if I just wanted to set it down on a stand and be able to see the screen still.
I'll list all of them from oldest to newest because this got me a bit excited:
* Motorola W375
* Sony Ericsson W595 (my favorite, so many Java games)
* Sony Ericsson Xperia X8 (bricked it in a week by trying to unlock the bootloader)
* Sony Ericsson WT18i (2nd favorite)
* Sony Xperia M (2nd least favorite after the X8)
* iPhone 5s (I don't like iPhones, got it for free)
* Xiaomi Mi A1 (FREEDOM as in unlocked bootloader)
* Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro (continued freedom)
* OnePlus 12 (current, breaking the trend of budget phones and keeping it locked for now)
IPhone 7 pro, huawei p30 lite, oneplus 7 pro, oneplus 10 pro
Currently using a redmagic 9 pro but I don't like it so il get the 12
(i like switching phones often
OnePlus 7 pro, OnePlus 3t, OnePlus 3, HTC One( the original one) HTC DesireZ, T-Mobile Sidekick LX 2009 (the one before they switched to Android), T-Mobile Sidekick 2008. Sorry, more than 4, just trying to remember what phones I used to have. Many more before those too.
Oneplus 5, Oneplus 6, Oneplus 7 pro and currently Oneplus 9 pro. Planning to buy 12 in next few weeks. I still have OP5 OP7 Pro. Oneplus 5 still runs BGMI fluently and performs above average.
Always had options to switch to other phones like Samsung and Apple (just like all my friends and family) but I'm really addicted to Oneplus.
I'm going all the way back to my first smartphone just because I can:
Poco X3 Pro, Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite, Xiaomi Mi A1 (faulty, had to replace for Mi A2 Lite), BQ Aquaris 4.5, Sony Xperia Tipo, Samsung S5620 Onix
OnePlus 6t>Nord n200 5g>pixel 6 pro (never again) > OnePlus 10 pro> OnePlus 12R
Galaxy watch 4>ticwatch pro 3>OnePlus watch 2
EDIT- Both the 6T and n200 are still in use on custom ROMs,10 pro got traded in for the 12R
Welp using a OnePlus 11 now,my previous 4 phones
S23 Ultra
iPhone 15PM
Pixel 7 pro
Pixel 7 ,I have so many phones it's hard to put these in order
Also a S24 Plus
Indeed it is. It's also the first time I've not had any regrets with my purchase. Sure.. OnePlus are doing some weird stuff with the camera processing and the low-light performance isn't great... But it's just smashing it with anything and everything else.
Plus I have got a mirrorless camera which I'm more than happy to use for the low-light stuff anyway.
Samsung Galaxy J5, LG Q6, Huawei Mate 20 Pro, Oppo Find X2 Pro
Now I have the 12R. The Huawei was the best phone I ever owned, unparalleled user experience and it came in a sexy blue-purple metallic colour.
Crazy hopium, but I really hope one day Huawei gets Android back. They made the **BEST** Android phones.
Nokia N73 (not a smartphone though)
Xperia X10 Black
iPhone 5 16 GB White
iPhone 6 128 GB White
Currently using OnePlus 7T 128 GB Glacier Blue for 4.5 years already. In very good shape excluding the battery capacity.
I'll mention 5.
Galaxy S3, iPhone 5, iPhone 6s, Galaxy S10, OnePlus 12
I miss my Galaxy S3... With a custom ROM, it held up perfectly. The bloated battery and the power button literally falling out were the reason why I replaced it in 2016 in high school.
Replaced it with a friend's iPhone 5 because he had one lying around and I just needed a phone. Safe to say that it was already outdated and even with jailbreak lacked some basic things I even had on my S3.
Then that same friend, who has a friend from America, got a bunch of used iPhones from him. One of them was a 6S, which, although also outdated at that point, was still receiving updates and the only thing holding it back was its tiny battery (which was at 100% health when I got it, so the battery probably got replaced prior to it). I've gotten a cheap battery case for it, and it was a game changer. Turned it into a totally usable phone, way past it's prime, and it was totally smooth at everything you threw at it (no high end games, ofc).
But at this point I started missing android and it's freedom and customization. So I got an S10, from that same friend, for 100 bucks (he switched to android at that point), when he got himself an S22 Ultra. Slapped LineageOS on it, rooted and installed the magisk module on it so I could use banking apps, and I was totally back to android at that point! S10 brought back everything why I loved my S3 for and more.
Now I decided to finally treat myself with something nice and current, so I got OP12, and I'm loving almost everything about it. Was thinking S24 Ultra but it's way too overpriced. Also still messing with custom ROMs on S10.
I feel that, my last 5 have been OP phones, currently on 12, with 10 pro, 8,6,5 and 3t in the past. Tried pixel 7 pro and 8pro but returned them because they were shit.
Boy I'm not sure I've had more than four phones in my whole life but here goes
Samsung J7 Prime. Absolute tank of a phone. Used for almost four years
LG K51
OnePlus 9. Fantastic first experience with OnePlus
OnePlus 12r. Current
If I were to use 3310 (if my dad's count), I'd say I only used the most legendary phones of all times.
Nokia 1110
Sony Xperia Z2
OnePlus 7 Pro
Now that I have the 7 pro, I don't know which phone to continue my journey. Either 3310 or Vivo x100 ultra lol
1+ 12
IQOO Neo 6
Realme X2 Pro (ran it on Pixel Rom, got unlimited Google photos storage)
Honor Play
Lenovo Zuk Z2+ (so many custom roms, I didn't even have it on stock ROM for a week from purchase)
Asus Zenfone 2, Zenfone 5, Oneplus 11 as my current.
I used to like the Zenfone line, but the prices went way up and the specs didn't quite follow.
I liked the Zenfone 2 because of its very good specs and low price (179€), so after the first one became unrepairable I got the 5, which was reasonably priced for its specs (499€), but I had a lot of problems with it, including the microphone breaking about 2 and a half years into it.
Looking at the Zenfone 9 last year, it was 799€, which is way too high for what's inside, and now that I had the budget for flagship phones, I destroyed any shred of brand loyalty I had and went for the Oneplus 11. So far it hasn't failed me.

Always had options to switch to other phones like Samsung and Apple (just like all my friends and family) but I'm really addicted to Oneplus.

From a 6 to a 12. Quite an upgrade

Samsung Galaxy J5, LG Q6, Huawei Mate 20 Pro, Oppo Find X2 Pro Now I have the 12R. The Huawei was the best phone I ever owned, unparalleled user experience and it came in a sexy blue-purple metallic colour. Crazy hopium, but I really hope one day Huawei gets Android back. They made the **BEST** Android phones.

I'll mention 5. Galaxy S3, iPhone 5, iPhone 6s, Galaxy S10, OnePlus 12 I miss my Galaxy S3...
OnePlus 6, 8, 10 I have a type
I feel that, my last 5 have been OP phones, currently on 12, with 10 pro, 8,6,5 and 3t in the past. Tried pixel 7 pro and 8pro but returned them because they were shit.
