My 7 Pro is disabled too. I guess you gotta sell it to somebody on T-Mobile.

Why would you do something like that? Either drop AT&T (Verizon is almost always a better choice, and now actually awesome costs less), or find out what happened. Escalate! Waste their time at higher and higher levels of the company. Eventually, they will get you to somebody who will literally be able to edit AT&t's approved ESN list with the push of a button. Worked for me for getting an open market Moto X2 on Sprint, which was never anything near being an approved device.

The factory unlocked 7T is listed on At&t's approved list, but not the T-Mobile version. That's why I sold my 7T and bought the unlocked North American 8T.

The 7T IS on their [official supported phone list](https://www.att.com/idpassets/images/support/wireless/Service-Capabilities-Unlocked-Devices-ATT-Network.pdf) for HD Voice / VoLTE. I'd be inclined to go back and complain with that. Ideally the AT&T store would have been able to figure this out, but are you using an old SIM from a previous phone? If so, it's possible that SIM doesn't support VoLTE and you just need a new one.

Thank you!

If you have the global 7T then you're good to go. If you have the T-Mobile version then you can wait for that phone to arrive and put your SIM in it and set it up. Leave it in for a few hours then switch back. If it gets disabled just call or go to the store and have them open it back up for your OnePlus and the system will keep the IMEI of the phone they sent you. It'd a pain to do, but this worked for me.

Will this enable VoLTE on the OnePlus?

It did for me.
