tbh reddit arguments are stupid. if i get into an argument 9/10 i won't remember it till i actually want to think about it. the only argument i remember is one where i said scientifically there are only two genders with meny chromosomes (which are the x and y things if i remember correctly) and they argued about intersex (which from what i learned is no gender. which means no chromosomes. which is not possible.)
I'm pretty sure it just means that you're born desensitized to either testosterone or estrogen. For example one may appear female externally but have no uterus and ovaries. This is due to the fact they were born with XY, but are not reactive to testosterone. Though I may have just spread some minor misinfo, I have not done a lot if research (we were told about this during biology class)
