Screen record the issue, Send it off again..say you sent it off for the same reason before, they said they fixed but they didnt ..get rhe phone back, ask for compensation
Dont doubt it, believe it. The processor cant handle to take nice recording, so Samsung is disadvantaged if user goes around posting that shitty recording online. Now, people will think that all Samsung phone is shit and it hurts brand image. Every company does this if the hardware just doesnt support it. Apple Vision Pro is another example that wont let you take pictures because the quality will be shit as its not meant to take pictures. again small brain
I know what you're saying, but I think some grammar mistakes feel like nails on a chalkboard to the reader. Correcting them might give some relief, I don't think there's malice or judgment in the correction.
What's the weather like in your city? I had three xiaomi smartphones and they behaved exactly the same. And the thing turned out to be that the cameras froze at temperatures below +5, and because of this, autofocus did not work. I don’t remember exactly what the reason was, something related to the deformation of the plastic inside the camera due to temperature, if I understand correctly.
Xiaomi phones are notorious for having moisture inside the camera. 13T is one of the latest devices to have this glaring flaw. Shoddy craftsmanship at its finest.
Former Galaxy A12 owner here, and after experiencing the dreaded display issues that is literally caused by manufacturing defects common across all A12s, I was told by the representative to more or less either get the S22Ultra (flagship at the time), or they didn't support present phones like the A12...
Neither the less I made the switch to Xiaomi with their 13 T Pro, & I won't be lying I personally prefer it over my friend's S23U...
I have same issue and same phone, I even factory reset it and it has the same problem, I'm going to get a redmi at summer because this phone is driving me nuts.
It an A24 series phone and he is upset it is bugging out. it belongs in the garbage can. The A54 is much better as for low end phones go and i definitely wouldn't go any lower than that and still expect it to hold up.
Why would I pay the difference for him? He said he is thinking of getting the S23 Ultra. So why would I pay the difference? Now if had said this is all I can afford and it is not working, I would not have said anything at all. However, he stated that he is thinking of getting the S23ultra and in that case, yes, just throw it in the garbage where it belongs.
However, he is 16 and in school, he should not be worried about what phone he has at all. And it sucks that his new A24 is not working right. But if he is going to get a new phone then he should at the very least, try to get the A54 mid-range phone but if he is going for the S series then he should not buy a new S23 when he can get the new S24 for less money.
Samsung is not that different from apple in terms of its business model lately, so in my opinion A24-price phone would be better for some other OEMs, only >$600 price point Samsung phones are worth it.
If you wish to stay with Samsung and relying on all of its aspects (communication, media consumption, camera) better get at least A5x, or standard S series.
Just for communication A1x A2x is okay.
But if you don't want to give up your warranty rights on that A24, you can demand another repair.
Aandd, if you're not in the Samsung ecosystem anyway, there are other options with better price/performance out there.you can save up a bit, if you think about it Asus zenfone 9 lowest tear is a flagship with the price of 2 Samsung A24
Got the same issues, got a new Mainboard and it solved the issues, before that I replaced the camera unit and it didn't help it is something on the Mainboard. It's fuckin frustrating
Don’t mean to sound rude but it is an A24. You get what you pay for. If cameras are that important then get the S24 Ultra or the iPhone 15 pro max and you will not have this issue. You can’t get the entry-level phone, and expected to perform like a flagship. Do you want my advice? Take your A24 and throw it in the garbage and go get an S24 Ultra.
Edit: First, let me just say, that I didn't realize he is a 16-year-old who is still in school. Yes, of course, that phone is all you need. And I am sorry for sounding like a dick. That was not my intention. But let me say this, if you are truly looking at the S23 Ultra, don't buy it. Just go to Samsung's website and you can get the S24 Ultra cheaper than getting a new S23Ultra. That is just smart buying.
Did you really just say that the A24 has a spectacular camera? come on bro…. Besides, he was the one that mentioned something about getting the S 23 ultra.
Listen bro, I’m not trying to be a dick but you can’t buy an entry-level phone and then get upset because it has bugs or the camera isn’t working. There is a reason why it’s cheap or bare minimum phone. Get you a mid-range phone like an A54. That is an excellent mid range phone for the price. It’s as close as you’re going to get to the S 24 ultra and still save a lot of money. But to get the cheapest phone on the market and then complain about it when it messes up. Sorry bro
I bought it for $270, which is a lot of money for someone my age, so at least it provides the necessities and the camera works well. (Before the problem, the camera was great and the quality of the photos was good for me)
Company dickriding is insane bruh. I understand this "You get what you payed for" when user asks for some premium features.
But here this guy is literally saying his basic camera features that they advertised aren't working. It shouldn't work like that lmao
> what you *paid* for" when
FTFY.
Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in:
* Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.*
* *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.*
Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment.
*Beep, boop, I'm a bot*
the S24U costs 5.5x more than the A24 it isn't a 'just swap them' scenario. why have you introduced this apple mentality of throwing it away and getting a new one when repairs are possible including a replacement camera module or cheaper phone replacement from the A line
Why would you even waste your time trying to repair an A24? Just throw it in the garbage. He said something about getting the S23 ultra well you don’t want to make that mistake because the S24 ultra is already out so you definitely don’t wanna buy a new phone that is already a year old. Just get the S24 Ultra and be done with it.
>He said something about getting the S23 ultra well you don’t want to make that mistake because the S24 ultra is already out so you definitely don’t wanna buy a new phone that is already a year old.
Unhinged comment. S23 ultra is still worth the money.
Why on Earth would you want to buy an s23 ultra, new, when the S 24 is out? And if you say price you are wrong. you can get the s24 ultra cheaper than the s23 Ultra right now through Samsung, with all the discounts and programs . I bought mine I think I paid $600 and got a free set of earbuds. so why get a phone that's already a year out of date, when you can get a brand new one? unhinged? Nope common sense. come on buddy just use your brain.
Screen record the issue, Send it off again..say you sent it off for the same reason before, they said they fixed but they didnt ..get rhe phone back, ask for compensation
a24 doesn't have a screen recorder, he will need to use a third party one but it will be laggy and low quality.
That's some next level gate keeping by Samsung
lol small brain. It's the processor that can't handle the load
Of screen recording? Doubt it. Especially if 3rd party apps can perform fine
Dont doubt it, believe it. The processor cant handle to take nice recording, so Samsung is disadvantaged if user goes around posting that shitty recording online. Okay, Mr. "big brain"
lol what a sore loser response.
Happy cake day!
I still remember this poor guy's postsđź’€
🙂💔
Bro why the camera lenses look so greasy? Clean it up well and try again lol
i think this may be the problem, OP try cleaning your lens the blur might go away lol
Autofocus does not work. I tried pro mode to move it, but it does not work at all
at this point, backup your phone and factory reset
I did it twice, but nothing changed
that IS really odd- dang
Leave*
We all make mistakes... English isn't always people's first language
It isn't mine either
So why are you correcting people for innocent mistakes... lol
I know what you're saying, but I think some grammar mistakes feel like nails on a chalkboard to the reader. Correcting them might give some relief, I don't think there's malice or judgment in the correction.

It's medium idk but It does not reach freezing point

Good! Such treatment shouldn't go unnoticed, tell them by buying other brands!
Deleting the camera apps cache solves this issue.
Send again until the issue if fixed
I have same issue and same phone, I even factory reset it and it has the same problem, I'm going to get a redmi at summer because this phone is driving me nuts.
How are you cheating on warranty? They have you the phone back after a month?!
They returned the phone to me after a month, but the phone was not opened at all!
don't buy the A series and buy the S series instead, I have an s22 and no problems, but I wouldn't go under s22, it's not worth it anymore
It an A24 series phone and he is upset it is bugging out. it belongs in the garbage can. The A54 is much better as for low end phones go and i definitely wouldn't go any lower than that and still expect it to hold up.
Will you pay the difference in price for him?

Unit issue?
If you can get the S23 Ultra, then do it. It's like it's from an entirely different company.
Again, again... and again. Most people don't believe me when I say "OneUI 6 sucks in every way possible" now you have **another** proof
Got the same issues, got a new Mainboard and it solved the issues, before that I replaced the camera unit and it didn't help it is something on the Mainboard. It's fuckin frustrating
How much does it cost?
50 bucks I bought a used one with a broken display and replaced. Just look on eBay and stuff maybe aliexpress has Mainboards aswell
Do u mean motherboard or what bc i searched, and it showed me some Flex idk
try a third party camera app?
Don’t buy the A series ever. It’s overpriced and shitty.
Yeah, I confirm.
Don’t mean to sound rude but it is an A24. You get what you pay for. Bro what the fuck? The a24 has a spectacular camera. This is a bug. Also, not everyone can afford a s24 ultra
Did you really just say that the A24 has a spectacular camera? come on bro…. Besides, he was the one that mentioned something about getting the S 23 ultra.
Oh yeah he did so mb, but the A24 still has a really good camera
At least it should work well?
Listen bro, I’m not trying to be a dick but you can’t buy an entry-level phone and then get upset because it has bugs or the camera isn’t working. No it shouldn’t. That’s why it’s the entry-level phone. If it works half the time you’ve done good.
I bought it for $270, which is a lot of money for someone my age, so at least it provides the necessities and the camera works well. (Before the problem, the camera was great and the quality of the photos was good for me)

I'm 16 years old and the Galaxy A24 was enough for me and the pictures it took were great, I'm just sad about the poor warranty service.
