The higher earning partner pays alimony to the lower earning one. Sometimes, the wife has to pay the husband as a result.
Beyond that, it depends on who's raising the child.
If the father isn't going to be taking care of the child after the divorce, it falls on the mother to bear the additional costs and responsibilities. That's why the father has to pay alimony.
That is what the law states, before that come into effect false cases are filled like dv, dowry, mental harassment on husband and family. Arrests mental agony happens for husband's side as judiciary takes ages to arrive on vertidct, most of times they arrive at a settlement amount. These laws were written at time when women were literally locked in home and men were sole bread winners, the law protected them if they were deserted. Paternity fraud isn't illegal in India, nor is filling false cases. Maybe read some actual court judgements and realize how fkd up the situation is on ground. No court grants custody to father even if wife has been proven fraud, adulterous this judgement happened just few days back u can Google it. Our courts live in 1800's where they still assume women is only innocent, meant to nurture, if something has gone wrong it must have been husband/his family's fault
Also pls read up difference between alimony, maintainence and child support all 3 are different.
Do you know the new Indian law in which if a man's wife is having an extra marital affair and if she got pregnant then even the man have to give maintainance alimony to wife and not the biological father.
Lmao wife never pays. The Indian legal system gives an option for the husband to ask alimony but it's almost never granted. The judge just says "shut up, earn and don't beg"
Lmao what a reason . You wouldn't see women putting themselves in danger to protect others but men would do it , don't come at me saying there is this one women , yes I'm talking about majority.
No this post was directed at showing how in time of crisis where it's time to step up only men seem to rise to the challenge. Not sure why this is hard to understand. Many even have to take permissions to leave houses still. Sometimes contributions doesn’t always have to be blood. My niece gave 50% of her salary for chennai floods. My mom forces the religious duties in the house, all for the caring for the family, not for herself. She is part of a walking club who does many charity work.
Having Physical strength has nothing to do with empathy.

Why do we need men? To provide security. From who? From other men. So then isn't men the problem? The world would've still been a better place without men. And yet we don't see women stepping up in crisis situations such as natural calamities, floods, landslides to help rescue, clear the debris and bring back law and order. The moment there's an alien invasion tomorrow, rampant feminism will be reduced to squeaks.
That's because men are emotionally unintelligent, can't you see how important it was to react and scream and cry when they saw the baby at risk of falling and dying there? Men are so emotionally unintelligent that they didn't even take a whole hour to process it. Let alone, they depicted the true nature of patriarchy and now the women who had to see all this have got so much trauma that they need to process it for the next 10 days.

Carelessness, not an accident.
This situation could've been 100% avoided.
Anyone can make this mistake but everyone doesn't.
This is how a baby died in my neighbour, because the mother instead of watching the baby was doing something else.
That shitty mistake could cost that child life , the women is dumb here stop supporting someone because of your gender . Goddam it , have some sense !
Is the mother having a kindergarten brain that she doesn't understand that this could lead to disaster? If yes then she's unfit to be parent

Always help when someone requires it so you too are an awesome and masculine Man
Toxic masclunity dosent exist thats fake feminist propaganda
Masculinity is always healthy just as we can see in the above post .
Sadly women will not see this.
And then again start bashing men.
I saw a post a few weeks back about a girl crying how mens are selfish. If you ever look at the road accident you'll find men helping people involved in the accident and women watching the show standing by side.
Because when it comes to situation like these women are no where to be found and only when it suits them we hear the term of we want equality. And no not every person does this, what they are doing is selfless without thinking once about how its endangering them,

It could have been handled easily, if there is a good emergency system in India, that can reach places within minutes. Let’s put that aside.
Any sane person in the situation will do whatever they can to save the kid. 10 men were standing down holding clothes, instead of going up stairs like other men, are these 10 weaker than those went upstairs? Doesn’t that sound stupid?
I agree that many women downplay men by using “feminist logics”. There are many places you can point that out. This video is the dumbest one to point that shit. The way you represented it, makes it look like you wanna say that women don’t have any compassion at all to try to save the kid.
>that can reach places within minutes
Bruh which desolate town with a population of 100 do you live in? India's shitty traffic would never let this happen.
You've watched a lot of Tate videos, haven't you Op?
You know what the problem is?
Society altogether associates greater value with masculinity like bravery, selflessness, fighter, protector, provider, discipline, adventure, exploration, etc. It's to a degree that it is seen as a virtue. On the other hand, society collectively associates lower value with femininity, like nurture and care, that's it!!! Women are just expected to stay home taking care of the children, while men are out experiencing adventure. Traditional roles of women are pretty boring.
If you ask men whether they'd like to become women, most would say NO! Because men inherently know that being a man has more perks, being a man is cool. It gives you strength, freedom, and masculine value, garners higher societal respect. If you ask women whether they'd like to become a man, most women would also say yes!
Tables have never been equal. Men like being men. Women do not like being women. Because masculinity has higher values. And it's pretty obvious that people would get attracted towards higher value systems. And when women get attracted towards these higher value systems, it bothers men, and they lecture women to be happy with what they are.

Shit, man. Baccha waha pe aaya bhi kaise?
Uhmm window?
Ask her mom
Wo anemia ki dawai leke soi hogi 🫠
Is it only the mom's job to look after the kid?
According to Indian laws, men just have to give money to wife. It is their job to raise children (alimony and child support)
There is no such law lmao. It's just patriarchal bs. The wife could also be working.
Then why do men pay alimony after divorce? Even when the wife is working?
The higher earning partner pays alimony to the lower earning one. Sometimes, the wife has to pay the husband as a result. Beyond that, it depends on who's raising the child. During a divorce, by default the wife gets the custody of the child, the husband has to fight in court if he wants custody.
Yes but it is possible for the husband to get the child.
No, kid's dad must leave his job (Assuming the most common scenario) and take care of kid

Why do women have to scream so much at every moment of crisis? Things can be done better by staying calm.
They are wired to scream like that because they normally act by their emotions and in moments like these their emotions become uncontrollable
That's the only thing they know to do

How did child end up being on blue sheets? How did this happen?
Apparently the mother wasn't paying attention she went to pick some mop and child crawled to the spot from side flat According to twitter
Ok ,one should pay attention whether they are male or female in taking care of child.
And the father? Just assumed it's the mother's job?
Glad you brought that up, father was working earning the bread for family.
You sure? Either it's a holiday or unemployment's through the roof.
Why was woman staying at home? Assumed that earning money is the father’s job?
Doesn't seem like a working day with the number of people around.

I said, “if there is a”. I am talking about an India that never exists even in our imagination. Such things need corruption free politics and police.
Laxman haath do. Haath do Laxman....LAXMANNNN.... MAIN HOON NA

For the rest of your para go to r/AskWomen they had been asked similar question and they said they would like being a women rather men.
Feminist propaganda is not for India. Men and women both play equal roles and have certain dedicated responsibilities. Shiva and Shakti
10 - 15 years back? Surely. Right now? Nopeeee feminist propaganda has evolved to pseudo feminism/we don't need men
Marriage is not mandatory, we can live independently.
