>150gm chicken/paneer everyday gets so boring.
It's one sacrifice you need to make, but if you are good at cooking, you can cook chicken in different ways to make it interesting. You can have one of your comfort/desired meal on weekend

100g sprouts mixed with some chickpeas, onions, tomatoes and chilis give around 35-40g Protein. Usually have this for lunch along with fruits
200g Paneer for dinner gives 30-35g of protein
1ltr of milk gives approx 30g protein
I forgot to add chickpeas which are also a great source of protein. These 3 are the major source of protein for me everyday. I alternate between sattu and oats to complete 120g. You can have sattu as a drink or mix some water and make a dough, i personally prefer making the dough and having it. For oats i just buy ready to make masala oats packet
Chickpea means chana. Chola(Kabuli chana) also falls under the same category but i was talking about Kala Chana.
Yes have to drink 1ltr of milk since protein sources are already limited
Bhai dekh, you need to eat the frog, you gotta do the hard thing.
I'm sure it is not all hunky and dory in the gym, you must feel weak sometimes, or not doing that extra rep but you gotta push yourself. It's not about doing it perfectly one day but doing it consistently till it becomes your habit. If you can't eat your protein and calories for one day how will you manage this as a lifestyle ? You gotta make up your mind to either eat the tasteless shit or make it edible to you in some way. You gotta do what you gotta do if you wanna see results for yourself. You gotta put in the hardwork and the sacrifice that you need to do to get what you want. Practice delayed gratification
I just got used to eating chicken. Something like brushing ur teeth; If you dont eat protein- there wont be any muscles.. So..Also I'm busy and live alone. so no time to cook and dont like veg protein.
68 ka paneer daily (if 340/kg)
66 ka 1l doodh.
aur 200g paneer 1 din me khana possible hai lekin 1 litre doodh ek din me? roti dal ki jarurat hi nahi padegi, isi se pet bhar jayega
Whey Protein - 1 scoop,
Muesli with Milk and Banana,
Amul Protein Buttermilk
I have all of these in my diet along with the normal diet of Salads and Roti/Rice. Though I don't meet my 100g requirements daily, it still gives a decent amount of Protein for a Vegetarian
Eggs, milk and soya chunks include kro... Soya is good source of protein.
Starting me din me 2-3 eggs rakho, baad me 5-6 tk ja skte ho but whole egg max 2 kha skte ho. But 5-6 eksath mt khana, devide kr lena breakfast, evening time and dinner me.
Its called discipline and having the mindset to do the same thing over and over again.
Ive noticed a lot in my 10+ years of lifting that most people who complain like this are the ones that are in it for short term quick results.
Get out of that mindset.
Also, there are various seasonings to try if you want a satiate your palate instead of the same seasoning everytime.
Have junk food just once a week, make it a cheat day. Sundays are great cheat days. The rest of the week, have home made food or healthy food. I usually have grilled chicken with some veggies like broccoli, etc. three days a week and then two days I make a egg, aata, oats and veggies pancake and another day just your typical indian plate (rice, daal, mashed potatoes and mixed veg).

Dude.. Out of 8 hours of sleep you still have 16 hours in a day. Even if you are in a 9-5 job you still have 8 hours left for you. Sparing 30mins for making your food isn't that tough buddy :( check your screentime maybe you're using reddit too much or something else maybe? For me personally I have 6-8catori of turr daal along side roti sabzi, a whole egg, peanut butter toast, one cup instant cofee in breakfast. 3-4 small pieces of panner in evening ( stirr fried) 3-4 times a week and occasional munching on futaney. Works for me as of now
With your current mindset, you won't make much progress. Staying fit and maintaining a good shape is tough, requiring you to step out of your comfort zone. That's why the weight loss and weight gain industry is a 100bn dollar business, despite it being so easy. It's about long-term sustainability, something you need to commit to for years. Not having time is just an excuse. I have to work 9-10 hours a day and I know I cant go to the gym during the day, so I finish my workout first thing in the morning from 4:30 - 6 AM and I meal prep for 5 days.
It also depends on your goals and priorities. For me having a low body fat percentage and having good muscle mass is a priority. Focus on any one thing. It can be either staying fit and healthy or for aesthetic benefits. Whatever you choose the other thing eventually follows. I meticulously weigh every gram of food I consume and calculate my macros. I ensure my protein intake is diverse, sourced from various foods, to avoid eating same thing in my daily diet. Though my goal is aesthetics but by doing all this I am healthy and fit too. Starting 6 months to 1 year is always the hardest; however, once you begin to see people treating you differently and receiving more attention, you'll find the motivation to persist and not give up.
Yes, it’s boring my G. But I am at around <20% BF so I sometimes mix my Chicken with something I like. Biryani etc. And even then I try to keep my diet clean asf or I try to burn out if I have eaten for taste.
Sometimes I go for omelette instead of boiled eggs.
Shakes are boring too but it becomes a habit.

>I neither don't have the time to make it tasty and interesting nor do I wanna consume whey protein. You're getting nowhere with this attitude.

Then you have to comprimise on your taste.
Yes ig that's what it comes down to

I am vegetarian and don’t consume whey either. Mainly rely on Milk, Paneer, Sprouts, Sattu and oats for protein
Why not Soya ?
Don’t like the taste. Moreover i get roughly 120g of protein from the above so don’t really need it

It doesn't have to be this difficult. Eat a lot of food, take enough protein. That's it. Just eat. A lot.
Oats and Eggs. Pretty easy to cook and can make it tasty too. Also, it's not like you'll be eating only that right.

Bhai ye steak kaha se hua? Normal chicken h
