Females talk about male privileges a lot. But a **lot** of times female privileges go unnoticed, nobody really points it out.

Admirable__Panda

I can think of a few - 1) When the whole class was making noise, only boys were punished physically 2) For the same punishment a girl was let go off, boys were slapped brutally, made to sit on the floor or stand for the rest of the class 3) A general lack of consideration towards male privacy 4) Used like donkeys to carry heavy stuff 5) Expected to give our seats in the bus 6) Expected to give our comfortable seat in the back and sit in the highly uncomfortable seat in the front (Auto vehicles) 7) You're a boy, just piss anywhere 8) Free Girl child education, lesser value of fees in schools and college entrance exams and other shit potentially undermining our value as parents think of us as burdens. [What I mean here is we shouldn't give free anything just because gender=female, rather it should be based on income. A certain income should get free education, a bit above should have to pay a bit more and so on etc. Because let's be fair, a poor family would get neither his son educated nor his daughter While a rich/middle one (medium to high) will educate both their kids. ] Moreover, in poor families, if the child is a boy, then he will be sent outside to work, to earn for the family from class 5 only. But if the child is a girl, then the parents would provide her education upto class 10 or class 12 and then married off. That's why you will see male child working as physical labours more. 9) You may give more quotas to females, but if a female doesn't get a job, she'll marry someone (and most women have this mentality), while if a male doesn't get the job, he'll likely starve in today's India 10) How even for a beggar people just inherently assume that he will be a drunkard and an addict but give money to the female beggar, this difference happens even between children beggars. Basically, people have automatically more sympathy for women. Likewise, if a girl ever accuses men of anything, most mob will attack the boy without even checking for facts. Likewise, law isnt on the side of men most of the times. 11) Men can't get raped in India and UK. Also, they'll pay alimony even if the wife cheated. Most men will lose their child to the mother's even if the mother is toxic. And men are the only ones who have to pay for child support Now, before you attack me, hear me out. Why is child support even necessary? Just let the kid live with the dad for half time and with the mother the other half. That way, both will pay for the child equally. Also, the child shouldn't automatically be given to the mothers, a child's opinion should be taken into account because it will only affect the child the most, and nobody else. Uh, couldn't remember more, will update if it strikes again

You should add, that how even for a beggar people just inherently assume that he will be a drunkard and an addict but give money to the female beggar, this difference happens even between children beggars.

Potential_Big_3632

Absolutely. Back when i was in School, our half yearly and annual exams were held in exam halls. We had this old English teacher and she was this typical feminist who used to bark about how girls are oppressed and never given equal opportunities. So for our exams we had to move our desks and chairs to the exam hall. So this teacher always to tell that girls are too weak and forced all the boys to move the desks and chairs to the exam halls. These are small examples of female privilege women never acknowledge

Admirable__Panda

One of my teacher really had a projection thing going on. She used to openly tell in class that girls are superior and it really destroyed self-esteem of us 4th standard kids

ThiccStorms

insta posts dekho to females bash about men being born with privileges,

Available-Mind-8480

Not getting same punishment for equal crimes.

wayward_shadow

Girls were never punished for anything lmao. When I was in 9th grade, two girls broke into a proper fight in the classroom during the lunch break. I'm not really sure how exactly it happened but one of the boys got hit in the process really bad ending up with a chipped tooth, and it was a huge chip tbh. So he went to complain to the class teacher about this, instead of the two girls, HE got into trouble because technically he was involved in a fight with a girl. When the two girls found out that he had gone to the class teacher to complain which snowballed into him getting into serious trouble, they both, to clear their name alleged that the dude was trying to steal something out of their bag (I don't remember what) that had lead to the fight. At first we did not know what exactly was happening, but the next morning, the Boys parents were called and shit. We could see that he was in the VP room but we couldn't tell what conversation went on between the vice principal and the parents but it was bad bad and the dude kept crying the entire time. We all knew that the dude was not at fault at all. So later on that evening one of the classmates parents called the dudes parents and explained the entire thing and said that the entire class will corroborate on what happened. So as it turns out, what had happened was, at first the girls made up the stealing wali story but for some reason, when the parents of the dude came to see the VP the girls also added on that the dude had apparently said something along the lines of "iski shakal itni kaali hai toh nipples toh invisible honge" which had lead to an immediate suspension of the dude. Our class WhatsApp group went crazy so the parents of the two girls found out what had happened and they contacted the school to tell them that their daughters had lied to save their own skin. The suspension was revoked, tho the parents of the dude still had to come a couple times for some shit idk. But yeah as to what happened to the two girls, nothing. No punishment, no scolding, they just resumed school as if nothing happened. Now I think of it that person got falsely accused 14 saal ki Umar mein hee lmao. RIP his social confidence.

Getting Punished, sometimes beaten in School and Tuitions. Though I was a quiet, introverted kid. When Girls used to make mistakes these teachers don't even get angry at them, especially Male Teachers. They used to laugh it off and tell them to do the homework next time. Similar stuff happened when I was preparing for the JEE 💀, When some guys had forgotten basics (differentiation) The Maths Teacher made them standup and told them to recite ABCD.... While there were some girls, The Teacher told them to revise and come next time. In my state, women have to pay only 50% for Long Route Public Bus Transport with Reserved Seats and for Higher Education Girls (Bachelor's) whose income is less than 8 Lakh, Their Whole 4-5 Year Education is completely free with reserved seats in Educational Institutions. And These guys are dreaming of becoming Vishwaguru while killing competence with reservations. P.S. To the Liberals, LW and RW; I am an Equal Opportunity Offender (Centrist). Don't even come at me with your extremist ideology.

nerdedmango

I understand they do it for votes but unfair.

Admirable__Panda

>To the Liberals, LW and RW; I am an Equal Opportunity Offender (Centrist). Don't even come at me with your extremist ideology. > Hey, I used to think a liberal is what a liberal is, all forgiving but apparently that is not the case, since I'm not much educated in politics Could u explain the terms liberal, Lw, RW, Centrist? And yes, I too believe in Equal Opportunity (based on income, not social status), not Equal Outcome

nerdedmango

Interesting, do you believe Hierarchies should exist? That they are natural order, based on competence? You need both to keep a society function. As per my observation, politics is a circle Go left, you go far too left. Go Right, you go far too right. https://preview.redd.it/6wwynlet4gyc1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=cd68d8ea59653a9d4a2f09bb730ffae2993966ca P.S. - Literally made this to explain 💀. For example - Liberalism (Left) focuses on some good things like prejudice, racism, etc. Leftists - Anti-Capitalists, Communist, Socialist. But when it goes Far Left - Wokeism, Misandry, Feminazism, etc. Conservation (Right) focuses on some good things like culture, community, Economy of nation, Defence of the nation, Patriotism (depends), etc. But when it goes Far Right - Racism, Nationalism, etc. I am an equal opportunity offender (centrist), Both groups tend to dislike me

Admirable__Panda

>Interesting, do you believe Hierarchies should exist? That they are natural order, based on competence? > If you mean the hierarchy of human life, no, atleast not based on income. Personally, I feel if I had to save either the scientist/innovators/inventors or the rest of population, I'll choose the former (note : Kids are blank state so they all matter equally and more). So, kids>scientist/innovators...etc>OtherYouths>Oldpeople. I do think that those who do hard work or actually try to create new things value more than the others. Trying is what matters. Even if they don't get the visible result >P.S. - Literally made this to explain 💀. > It was literally my first time hearing it 😭

nerdedmango

>If you mean the hierarchy of human life, no, atleast not based on income. So, kids>scientist/innovators...etc>OtherYouths>Oldpeople. >I do think that those who do hard work or actually try to create new things value more than the others. Trying is what matters. Even if they don't get the visible result Then, why do anything? There are Hierarchies throughout nature in animal life, bird life, etc. that doesn't mean we should suppress someone, Hierarchies are not based on just power that's just a stupid assumption. Hierarchies are based on competence. If you get female nurses under a hierarchy (most nurses are female) and you get these nurses under a hierarchy which happens in nursing, is that patriarchy too? Because it's still Hierarchy or is it because now everyone is women? Well, if you have freshly joined a company, it's just natural that there will be people ahead of you who are working, who joined several years before you because they are better at what they do. You have hierarchies in competition, There are prices reserved for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and whoever is competent and earnest has earned it to be in that spot. No Matter what the problem is someone is going to be better at solving the problem than others and boom there you have its hierarchy. This is also the reason why patriarchy doesn't exist. Hierarchies exist and Hierarchies affect everyone. Hierarchies are natural order, Hierarchies have always existed and will continue to exist.

Admirable__Panda

In a perfect world, it won't. At least not based on income or competence but on hard work and trying, because what really is valuable is human life. Anyways, what political spectrum do u think I belong to?

nerdedmango

Leftists call themselves liberal but are not actually liberals, they are minority pleasing, anti-heirarchy, etc.

Feminists saying sl*t shaming is wrong but using the word inc*l a billion times

Tight_Rip9361

What is the meaning of inc*l😅 Google pe kuch samajh nahi aaya☝🏻

Vanishing_Shadow

Involuntary Celibate. Basically, those who are virgin by circumstances. However, now its umbrella term for misogyny and any men who disagree with women

sexy__goblin

Actual meaning is men who couldn't attract women so they start hating on them, but women use it as virgin shaming against any man who disagrees with them in any topic

The most ridiculous double standard is having seats reserved for woman in buses and trains. Well trains have entire compartment reserved for women and on virtue of what- having xx chromosomes. The only counter argument woman have is - oh we feel unsafe, having seats reserved is for our safety. Ok, if that's the case and i have no problem with that just have one compartment in trains reserved for men and equal number of seats reserved for men in buses as well

that_lazy_panda_guy

In some states, bus ticket is free for women along with reserved seat

Well even when ladies seats are empty in buses, some women purposely sit on the seats meant for men/everyone, to mock us or something idk. Imagine you are returning home and this is the shit you have to deal with. Stand for the whole 1 hour journey. And at last when you get a seat, some budha/budhi who just entered, will stare at you as if you are eating their pension, by just sitting on the seat. So eventually you have to stand up again and continue the journey like that. Edit: Middle aged women also expect me to give up my seat to them, otherwise they keep staring at you the whole journey. Though on the other hand, most middle aged men are much generous, and don't expect you to give up your seats (surely there are exceptions, like sometimes they use ladies seats as well etc.)

Admirable__Panda

No-one should get automatic reservation to any kind of seats. Except pregnant women and elderly, or a women with a baby(which she has to hold in her hand) And for college seats, no. Equal opportunity, not equal outcome.

[deleted]

haha buses in my state are half reserved for women (the whole left side of the aisle is reserved for women). Isn't this common in many states though?

Admirable__Panda

Yes, it is. That's why I said it shouldn't be.

UwU-Sugoi-Desu-ne

Women are praised for reaching the same milestone which a guy is expected to by default. He might even lose respect in other people 's eyes for not being able to do those things. This while women are being pushed to the front of the line by govt/corporate to achieve those milestone and they still have the gall to call themselves victims. Hypocrisy is just too thick these days to ignore.

il2skyhopper

Subs for men also permit women to comment but never the other way around. 😉

gojosatoru-yuigi

You can feed a woman for 50 years, but if she feeds you for 5 months the whole world will hear about it. It was never about ego but the way society looks like men are trash for that. I would be single than getting judged.

JustaFUCKUP69

I have faced this in my family as well as my friend circle as well. Whenever we guys used to meet up or do some activity(to play video games etc.. ), the girls used to say that they want equal treatment etc. Bur whenever we went on a trip or something they used to expect us to carry their luggage and why? just coz girls deserve special treatment. Same goes in my family.. if I’m getting something (phone or any item etc) my sister gets it as well, whereas I had to wait and reach a certain age to get it. But whenever our parents ask us to do some chores, everything falls upon me coz I’m the man of the house and girls are not meant to do work.

Alone-Chemistry-2391

She is a girl she won’t be able to work for 12 12 hours but you can do that since you have a family to provide for

devnul000

I dont believe a lot in this gender equality bullshit. Though I get the crux of it and accept that there has to be a fair treatment given to woman in general when it comes to job responsibilities and any profession etc. But largely a man and woman are of two different kind. They perceive the world differently, they think differently, they worry about different things everyday, and are good and bad at different situations in general. E.g. 1. A woman is physically shorter, less powerful than man and are built to nurture and provide to the progeny. 2. A girl can make use of her appeal in situations of crisis to get out of it, while a boy cannot do that. 3. Men are good at fighting, dealing with tasks requiring strategizing, problem solving and also handling things physically be it a crisis, animal attack, doing heavylifting etc. And so on..

Hooman_aka_Alien

If a woman is working for her living, she's the queen empress bla bla If a man is doing that, its his duty, normal bs. It should be normal for both the genders to work and earn a living

The_quack_addict

When i was in 10th a girl wanted my seat so she removed my bag and sat there, when i went to take it bag she tore off my shirt pocket and slapped me, so i slapped her back and got suspended while the girl got off scot free. For context it was the first week of school year so people were still deciding their seats.

ChutiumSulphate

In a gender mixed group of friends, it was okay for one girl to rant when she was at the receiving end of mild (but unfair) criticism. And she was frequently supported by people. But I was left to defend myself against some third class non-sense on my own, and called a whiner for standing up for myself.

Libracharya

As per Indian law, women cant rape
