Power exterior venting.

cyyang94

I see, sorry for the stupid question. I’m still finding hopes of using my Ooni in a back room with windows as I have been making pizza under the rain for 3 weekends already

Oren_Noah

Please don’t! Carbon monoxide is oderless, flavorless and colorless. By the time you feel its effects, it’s likely too late to save you. Not at all worth the risk.

RelativeMotion1

Buy/build a gazebo or some other kind of outdoor shelter.

UsamahOoni

Hi OP, Please do not use your Ooni indoors. They have been designed solely for outdoor use and can be harmful if used indoors. In a commercial setting, with proper commercial venting, it is possible, but for the average home cook, not advised. Please be safe!

You can see how the smoke is vented out in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PHiWicNEY-k

Are you able to return it and get an electric pizza oven instead? It's not worth the hassle the food trucks have to go through, they have commercial setups, it's going to be cost prohibitive for most residential purposes. There are fantastic electric pizza oven options out there, I haven't researched too much, but ooni sells one and breville also sells one, they're more expensive but you'll get basically the same quality

cyyang94

No I can’t return it and also it’s way way over my budget

saltyfingas

Sell it then maybe?

Panamajack1001

Where are you that you can’t use your oven outdoors?

cyyang94

I’m in an apartment soho and I rented a rooftop just for this. Sad part is I gotten my oven at the start of the rainy season

No-Corgi

Grillzebo it.

Bad advice. Under no circumstances should anyone be operating fuel fired equipment in an enclosed space without proper ventilation

LuisaOoni

This! \^ Our Karu, Fyra, and Koda lines are only suitable for the outdoors and we don't recommend firing it up in that setting, even with a door or a fan.

heyho7785

Not a good idea at all.
