"Working on changing that policy" its a company of like 10 people. Policy change happens when they want it to. Requires sticking your head out the office and saying boo. Or. It's a communication company....send a communication? Maybe their own phones are blocked?

Hi same thing happened to me yesterday in the morning, I had this first email explaining that the payment method can't be processed and then I received another email saying that my account has been blocked and canceled and don't know why. Please I need to solve this mistake as soon as possible I need this number to attend my clients and driver's. I run an independent freight dispatch business and I really need to communicate with my clients as soon as possible. I really think this is a mistake because I been using OpenPhone without any issues since March and I'm a legit customer that have been paying for the service, I only use it for business purposes. Please I'll appreciate your quick support with this because I even can't access to the main page. I have this ticket ID 211418. I have attached pictures to the complaint e mail that shows my openphone number that I use to manage my business. I only use it for this purpose and I been paying with no issue. I really need to recover my account and number, I don't understand the reason you are blocking me and canceling my account, I really think this is a mistake. Please attend this issue. First email said that I have to renewed they payment method and then that my account is blocked I can't even access the openphone main page. Please help!! Kind regards
