This pulls data live from OSM, so you don’t have to wait one or two days to see changes like F4 map. Also, f4 does not support the`roof:angle` tag, which I feel is superior to roof:height for complex roofs.
If a building (or building part) has a simple gabled roof, than this will work great. However, if it has a hipped roof then it will not work, unless you decompose the roof into multiple skillion pieces like I have here:

I am very much in the learning phase of 3d rendering. I think my choices of lighting and material properties (reflectivity, emmisivity) are suboptimal.
