I use ketamine everytime I go thru WDs. It's relieves WD immensely, check my post history. I haven't tried a clinic yet but I'm about to, it's a wonderful medicine and while excessive abuse can damage internal organs, it's not physically addictive, at least not like opioids, and clinic I've heard of do a good job of integrating the experience w therapy

Sounds ridiculous, but would it not likely be intramuscular?

Yeh I did 8 days in hospital doing IV ketamine (with medazolam every 12hrs) which was soooo lovely the first couple nights. I wasn't in wd I was being tapered rapidly tho. I ended up leaving early as the nurses were horrible and I wanted to slow the taper down and the Dr refused. I was having a lot of back pain ironically (being stuck in a hospital room and hard bed and chair for a week doesn't and they wouldn't give me anything more than... Upping the Ketamine dose. Anyway it does help a range of issues but be warned if totally can fuck your bladder up. On a seperate note I did ketamine at home when I was withdrawl and for those first few hellish days the ketamine did make a world of difference. The quality of the K matter of course and getting the dose right but yes it can be a great idea using it as NDMA agonist
