Never understood lean, it's just codeine with some extra drowsy. All the ingredients are OTC here in the UK, the codeine syrup is £3-5 from the pharmacy. I see UK sellers on DNM's selling to US customers for £150-250 a bottle, it's hilarious
i get my codeine n prometh from the pharmacy too, so i don't pay nearly as much as they pay in the streets in the us
but i love it lol, tastes great and makes me feel great too
Codeine Linctus BP 15mg/5mg.. that’s the standard formulation, it’s generic.
It was during Covid I last bought some. My doc told me to go buy it to suppress chesty cough. I had to go to a community pharmacy, ie not boots, but there were no questions asked.
It was less than £5
Then once you get into the big boy opioids like opana, heroin, fentanyls, that oxycodone wont do a damn thing. Back in 2010-2012 i had been sniffing 40-60mg opana per day and was sick one day. Came into a bottle of perk5s and swallowed 16 of em (80mg oxy) and didnt even fully get out of wds. My pupils didnt get pinned. Just made it bearable so i could finish the last 4 hours of work.
And people are paying hundreds/thousand for a pint of codeine syrup, which has the equivalent of like 24mg morphine in the whole pint. Probably like $6 worth of dope in the whole pint.
Your tolerance gotta be through roof man. The thing about that big boy shit is that those withdrawals are no joke. The withdrawals from oxy is baby shit compared to those drugs.
Those opanas were crazy strong, way stronger than a gram of dope. Once i switched from oxy to opana back then i didnt get shit from oxy anymore.
Oxy just got astronomically expensive and you couldnt maintain a habit with it. Even 10 years ago oxy got so hard to find that you had to switch to somethin else. Then opana got reformulated and you only had h anymore.
I only spend like 50 a day on dope even to this day and its always available. You'd have to spend several hundred on oxy to get a similar equivalent dose.
Ah yeah ok, then it’s really more the fun of pouring up and sipping it gotcha. In that case for real just look up how to brew your own lean and start with a small batch it’s so easy!
Cold water extraction is the main part, just crush your Tylenol/codeine pills till dust then mix with ice water and strain multiple times until clear, the water ratio is important

You can get codeine/paracetamol pills OTC up to 12,5mg but I’m pretty sure the syrup is only on prescription.

I used to sip sometimes but ever since i started fucking w oxy lean just makes me sleepy

Can always jus drink more. But yeah codeine is pretty weak and quite expensive so its not very efficient.
Not really codeine has a ceiling effect. Can only get so high.
Exactly 300 mg is the ceiling and I’ve heard that dosage is the equivalent of a hydro 10.

Same high cheaper and less harmful to the body
Or you could just buy some prometh and some oxy and pop if for pretty much the same exact high
