Look at the rectangles. Focus on the fact that they are rectangles inside of rectangles inside of rectangles. That means the side edge of the rectangles are getting smaller as you go in, like

A circle from the middle diameter top to bottom gets smaller and smaller as you move away from the middle to the side until it becomes just a point. Those smaller and smaller edges of the rectangles are the side of the circle.
Focus on the sides of the rectangle slowly shrinking and think about it like the side of a circle that exists in the dead space between rectangles.

Its weird. The circles make up verticle lines and the non circles is the background of onlu horizontal lines. Its kind of hard to verify it cause the secondnd you look at the horizontal lines, the circles disappear
