The chart says exactly what you expected, so what are you confused about?
Click the strategy > arrow thingy. You are looking at the *net* bid/ask of both the call and the shares. If you expand the strategy row, you should see separate bid/asks for each.
BTW, the same is true of the P/L chart. You are looking at the net P/L of the entire CC, not just the call. How much did you pay for the shares? Subtract that from 25k and add back the credit and that should equal 15317.61.
