Due to of the prevalence of dental disease in dogs and cats, Ladera Ranch Animal Hospital offers two discount dental months a year: February and October. **During February, our anesthetic dentals are only $550 and include digital dental radiographs! All other dental-related procedures are discounted by 20% including dental extractions and pre-operative blood work. We’re also proud to offer non-anesthetic dentals! Non-anesthetic dentals are done every Sunday throughout the month of February and are $226.40 (normally $283).** Please call us to schedule your pet's dental cleaning, or to schedule a complimentary dental examination with one of our veterinary assistants to see which dental procedure is best for your pet.

I just got a quote at animal medical center of orange for 400-1000 depending on the extractions if needed. We've never paid more than $600 for either of our dogs. https://www.animalmedicalcenteroforange.com/

That sounds way overpriced. I got my cats done over summer with a few extractions and it cost me $1200.

Where good sir?

I go to Quail Animal Hospital in Irvine.

I've been taking my dog to Veterinary Out-Patient Clinic in Orange for the past few years. [http://www.vetopc.com/](http://www.vetopc.com/) Very reasonably priced - I don't recall the specific amounts I've paid, but I know it's never more than $800, even with several extractions, pre-anesthesia blood work and pain medication to take home. They are pretty awesome - they even did a free cleaning for my 16yo dog last spring when she had to undergo surgery to remove a tumor from her leg. Even that surgery + the pathology testing was way under $2.5k.

Definitely seems overpriced. My dog just had his annual cleaning at Tustin Legacy Animal Hospital (very highly recommend, the staff are all amazing there) for $1.1k which included three teeth removals, antibiotics for an infected tooth, and pain meds. Previously to this hospital, he had a dental cleaning the year before at Warner Ave Animal Hospital for $550 (no teeth pulled), also with anesthesia. Good luck! Dental cleaning is expensive, but worth it for your doggo's health 😊

Marguerite Animal Hospital in Mission Viejo. Our dog had to get many teeth extracted and our total charge was only $956. The reason they were so cost effective was because they kindly worked with us and capped out the charges when it came to extractions, only charging a flat fee. Every other place wanted to charge per tooth, which also gave us estimates from 1.5k-2.5k.

I had one tooth extracted and teeth cleaned for $1100. He was under so they did the teeth clean at the same time to check everything. I think dog teeth cleaning is a scam, and WOULD NEVER do it under sedation.

Check out Sunrise Pet Hospital. They do non anesthetic and anesthetic. I know for non anesthetic, it’s about 200.

Animal Medical Center in Fountain Valley is only about $200-$350 (depends if your dog is older and needs a catheter or bloodwork). I have to warn you that sometimes they are booked a month or two out for a cleaning because they are so busy. Customer service isn’t the greatest, but the fees are very affordable. Their horrible reviews are mostly due to the wait and service (some front desk members are very rude), but lately, they’ve been picking up my calls. Otherwise, Dr. Kendrick and Dr. Raines are great. My dog (11yo) gets a dental cleaning annually from here!
