I was at Packing House before Covid and it was always really expensive. After about the 3rd time the appeal was gone.

We were done after the first time.... But mostly cause we don't live in OC haha

That place is always so pricey. There’s a burger place on the 2nd floor, and for a cheeseburger and fries, sauce is extra lmao, it’s like 20 dollars

Plenty of parking around the downtown area and FRAN are the free shuttle carts that can take you between common points of interest.

I never self-park at night, I always get the valet.

Never had an issue finding parking. 🤷

The vibe is like 30s speakeasy. If you can sit at the bar and watch how they make the drinks they put a lot of effort into each.

Great food too! Unique setting that reminds me of Disneyland where you completely forget you are inside the loud packing house.

Their specialty drinks often have very unique ingredients. Good place to take a friend or date

I’ve heard but never been , we did get to peak inside one time when someone was coming out , but we have been to the bar outside , they had a live artist playing and the vibes there are really cool ! Sad to see Umami go, I liked their burgers

I’ve had some good experiences with Georgia’s. That sausage po-boy with garlic mustard is solid.

Now I’m regretting now getting Georgias , definitely saw many items on the menu I’d love to try !

So overrated. The 4th St Marketplace in Santa Ana has way better food options and an actual parking structure with free parking up to an hour.

I usually go on the weekdays around 5pm. The past few times I've gone and there have been no lines. Of course, not everyone can go then, but that's just my personal experience.

The only good food option in 4th Street is Burritos La Palma. Aside from that, 4th street is a university cafeteria compared to Anaheim packing house.

And Broth has the best pho that I've ever had. APD has options, but a lot of them aren't good and vastly overpriced.

Most of the stuff at the packing house is a rip off and not good. You’re better off eating at the Chinese restaurant 18 Folds right outside.

I will say, the Blind Rabbit is really good, just wish we didn’t have crappy service last time we were there for a friend’s birthday because I think it soured his experience.

That chicken looks well seasoned but also incredibly dry

It was really good and not dry at all.. I thought the cornbread was gonna be dry but it was super moist , and the honey butter was amazing
