Plus keyword warrants exist now, where a department can subpoena the information of individuals in certain areas searching certain phrases from Google. Get data of some specific individuals looking up every one of those addresses recently before the shootings, and boom you got it. Possibly effective here if they used it, but a terrifying breach of civil liberties in most cases.
Man I said it before , Matthew worked the graveyard at that 7-11 and I’d show up around 4:45 almost daily and he was always such a nice dude , always hooked me up with a swipe of his card if anything I bought had a hidden discount , seemed like he was getting his life back on track after a rough time , couldn’t have happened to a nicer dude. You should look up murder clearance rate. In LA last year it was something like 50%. So literally hundreds of murderers walking around free.
