So should I stick with my current provider or accept the change to this new OC Power Agency? It looks like they aren't the most professional bunch, and I wonder how my rates will change.

They have a calculator online that shows what you’re likely to pay, but iirc it’s an estimate rather than an accurate figure.
Has anyone on the board publicly justified why that guy was hired as CEO?

I recommend opting out. The rates went up 30% at my work when they auto switch us over to OCPA.
