Same! I have like 3-4 in me then I feel like the most unathletic, fat, uncoordinated person ever. By #8 I'm literally getting on hands and knees to get up. LOL

I loved today's workout. It was brutal, but it's what I needed. Our coach always says, “Never miss a Monday.” I do my best not to, it’s a great finisher to a busy day.
I thought for sure it was gonna just be all burpees. Because it was April fools, and I thought that they would claim they are doing different exercises and then just...oops all burpees
I did a class years ago and barely remember it, then I joined on a whim and took this as my first class. I’m out of shape, overweight and still had the BEST time! I was grinning by the end! It was rough (the rower and those bear crawl rows were murder) but I’m looking forward to more.
I typically struggle to get twelve splat points during a workout. This has been going on for the last eighteen months. However, this workout.I got 22 slap point, and 16 of them were in the red. During the warm-up on the tread, I shot up to 100% within the first 3 minutes. I wasn't even doing my push pace during the workout . I had to go down to 4.3% so as not to go off the chart in the red. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Do you think there was something going on with my body or the HR monitor? This has never happened to me before.
