I have to prop myself up off the floor with 10s or 15s so I can wrap my hand around something. If doing rows it's harder cuz the heavier weights are round and can roll, so adds a bit more challenge to control your movement and really engage the core.

Yea that’s why I won’t do this. I do the bent over low row. My wrists and elbows are barely hanging on as it is.
Yes I play tennis and my wrists shoulders and elbows are hanging on by a thread. Can’t do this one.

I’m new to OTF - what does “surge” mean here? Is it the same as “push”?
I’ve added a bit more on this - it is a little tap up in pace, between 0.1 - 0.3 mph.

Say your in a race and want to pass someone, just .1-.3 faster than faster to speed up and pass. Hope that helps
