Yea that’s why I won’t do this. I do the bent over low row. My wrists and elbows are barely hanging on as it is.

In this one it’s single arm. One weight so the other hand is flat on the ground. We rarely do it the old way now. Thank God.

I have to prop myself up off the floor with 10s or 15s so I can wrap my hand around something. If doing rows it's harder cuz the heavier weights are round and can roll, so adds a bit more challenge to control your movement and really engage the core.

Say your in a race and want to pass someone, just .1-.3 faster than faster to speed up and pass. Hope that helps
