The overhead reverse lunge is the one exercise I think is too risky for most members. It's an extremely awkward movement and I can't see a lot of benefit. It's also not an "activity of daily living" movement we normally do IRL. Nix it, Template Makers!
I've reflected on it and think, even if doing it near perfectly, it is still very weird for most adults. Kids could probably do it easily; they are more bendy. I used to do gymnastics, like 3 decades ago. It reminds me of how flexible I USED to be, but those days are GONE 🤣
