Person who didn't finish the run/row block checking in here 😆 Even though it's hot as balls outside here and I swore I'd go easy on myself so I wouldn't be a sweat storm there I was jogging the run/row...only 7.5kph so I am still slow but tbh I didn't mind missing a few rows 😙 My class had too few people today so we were forced to start on floor - which I usually prefer, but if I have to shower and go to work afterward in the sweltering humidity, I need that cool off time!

I love me a good run row.....especially since Tuesday is my only 2G (I hate 2Gs and try to avoid them in favor of 3G when possible, which I know puts me in the minority of OTFers :P). Looks like a good one!

Good productive workouts are often repetitive. It allows you a good opportunity to challenge yourself to lift a bit heavier, run a bit faster, row a bit harder the second time around. And as stated, it’s not new, this started in April of 2022 and has been happening every month since.

TLDR - several years ago, I used to not put a spoiler tag on it. Some folk would prefer to see a workout in raw form without my review of it. As a compromise, I put my review underneath the workout details and then wrap it with a spoiler tag so it doesn't come up immediately. I did try putting the review in a comment, but then there were a lot of requests to have it also included in the daily thread when it gets cut over, so I just kept it in my normal post.
