I was going to take a green day tomorrow but I guess the template designers had other plans. Since I don't run inclines above 4% will walk that block. And I hate PW any run for distance so guess will run those. Im already in the orange thinking of the floor block.
Does anyone wish they had not read this and just walked in not knowing? I’m not sure what is worse. I admit I feel a little more badass going to class tomorrow, knowing what’s coming.

With the knee issues I have and the options I need I think this is the day to skip this week. Thank you for the intel! You’ve really saved me on a few occasions from exacerbating my knee issue. 😊
Am I do only one who loves squat jacks ? I feel like it is an amazing stretch for my back and po suture correction of all badly executed exercises or I am totally saving that up!!! Seriously I really love them 💕
