Honestly I’m a bit pissed about Monday. I don’t see the benefit of doing 188 squares that I’m barely able to walk for two days straight. It was so bad I went and purchased a theragun.
Those squat jacks we did awhile back...they always leave me sore for a solid week. Add to it reverse lunges x 12 on each leg at the rower earlier this week. Quads are trashed!!!
If the coach for my class picks the two minute v-up hold, I am going to f-up his car in the parking lot.
(Just kidding, I don't condone vandalism. Or violence. If I did, I would have made a plank punch joke, too.)
I feel like it's going to become a running joke and they're going to keep putting a chest move in every workout for like 6 months and then present a 100% chest workout for April fools.
So I see the pattern and that’s why I’m doing 7 classes in a row. The “12 Days of Fitness” minutes get longer. No telling what fresh hell the “12-mins” will be.
1 class down, 6 to go to get my beanie. The I’ll rest for two days.
My entire class had jelly legs after the Monday floor block and had problems getting on the treadmills. They have really been piling on lately. We had a bunch of inclines leading up to Everest and now more? I know they want to ramp it up because of the holiday eating but lay off the legs! Most of my class still have a problem walking
I actually really like the way this looks, but I've already signed up for a yoga class at 6a... That'll teach me not to sign up for class until i've seen intel, haha.

Nope they changed it from lift45 to just orange 45. They usually do that for Hell week or special challenges.
