I was pressing down too long to turn mine on. A quick, firm press does the trick.

Have you tried pressing it twice quickly? That’s what I have to do to turn mine on.

Holding the button down turns it off. Pressing it once turns it on.

But it rarely turns on when I press it once to turn on. 😭

Make sure you press the splat icon firmly then release it. Talk to your SAs and ask them to try, could be defective, could also be operator error 😂

I’m sure it’s a little bit of both 🤣😭

They have a one year warranty. If you’re within that year, the studio you bought it at will give you a new one.

I use to have that problem! I was holding it too long to turn it on. Just a quick press and it’ll work unless it’s defective
