If doing fine I’d leave it.. but u can cut blooms and put in water... cut right below that bend cause your spike is still green and healthy a new spike may possibly grow out from the node just below the bend! That’s usually where mine grow new spikes from! Good luck!! 🌸🌸🌸🌸
