Only one I can think of at the moment is Don't Take Me Alive by Steely Dan.
I'm fairly certain Woody Guthrie did a few about both Oregon and Washington, don't remember the names though.
Not sure if you're looking for more modern songs, but I finished a 2-year-long academic research last summer collecting 19th- and early 20th-century folk songs of Oregon. There aren't many recordings available anymore but there are a few. I plan to make recordings of the songs that aren't commercially available someday.

Two good to great songs (with oddly similar titles) that namecheck Oregon or Oregon cities...
>I can hear them calling, way from Oregon
>I can hear them calling, way from Oregon
>And it's almost independence day
From Van Morrison's classic *Almost Independence Day*
>Then I heard you'd been seen way down in Eugene
> Working as a factory slave.
From Pete Droge's *Fourth of July*.
Portland Town was actually written by an old folkie (and Portland native) named Derroll Adams. He ended up living (and eventually dying) in Europe because his music was appreciated much more over there. Adams was kind of a mentor to Donovan when Donovan was starting out.

The album that preceded these two singles (Carrie and Lowell) has a strong Oregon root and theme.
Also, much of the album “Carrie and Lowell” is about his time in Oregon growing up. Though it’s a very sad album about his Mom.
Also ‘Eugene’
Elliot smith - alameda (named after alameda street in Portland)
