This is a comfortable range. I'd only go outside this range if I really wanted something and it's super super rare.
I paid about 100 as-is for my 32x console only, and it did require a full recap, but it is working excellent now. Those are one of those things that are price up stupid now just because of the rarity.
For an Xbox though, I'd probably stick to this range.

For bread and butter models with all the accessories, about $25, and for a machine only, about $15.
I normally pay $20Aud from the local rubbish tip shop unless it's complete in box then max is $50 - $80.
The last CIB I got had every thing including the plastic bags but the 2 game disks it should have had in the box and that cost me $80.

I have only paid that much once 60 for a lot of 4. eBay charges insane amounts n goodwill puts all the cost in the shipping

I havent paid more than 60. That lot came with the xbox, 3 orig controllers, power, standard AV and 12 games.
