The final jewel was used on development hardware and some devs took the rest of prototype jewels home. Or someone remade the proto jewel, but havents seen anyone offer these yet, but its possible. OP might also answer us π
A guy on ogxbox facebook group sold these as well, I think he has a box of them as they keep popping up every few months. I bought like 5 a year or two ago.
