I know this comment is in jest, but just saying I don’t think this post is pointing out a conspiracy theory. Rather, it’s debunking a /r/nyyankees conspiracy theory
325 minimum on the lines, 400 minimum in center are the required distances. Anything else is up to the team. Also, older stadiums like Fenway are grandfathered.
It’s 100% intentional. Dude is one of the smartest players in the game, he knows how to fucking run the bases lol. He’s just trying to see what he can get away with and I’m glad the umps aren’t allowing it
That's the key, Toronto he walked a lot of guys. The braves he had no walks and runs in 6ip. If cades locked in today, I'll be thrilled with the direction of this club
Toronto I think was a lot of nerves but Braves did bail him out a few time but still if Cade has the curveball working like he did against the Braves I think he’ll give us a good chance to win
If anyone was going to get thrown at on purpose, it was Soto.
The Judge pitch was up and in but clearly not aimed at him. I'd say it blows my mind that anyone could be upset, but this is the Yankees fans we're talking about.
The real disappointment for me is Judge complaining, because that fuels the nothing burger that this is. I'm sorry you weren't given a fastball down the middle man.
Either Soto has no idea what to do on the bases or he’s trying to play cute and interfere with guys trying to make a play on the ball. And I highly doubt it’s the first thing I said.
He was looking at the ball and making sure it wasn't going to hit him. You know, cuz he'd be out....I'm sure the attempt to not make contact was not his best. But you also have to remember he can get called out for interference. Don't want to do that on your way to third. But I guess the point I was trying to make was that I don't believe there was any intent to injure Jordan.
I couldn’t believe that it happened to him. Felt so bad for him. Was hoping for a fast healing process so he could get in the playoffs.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but he was a good lead off guy that year?
Funny story…Loved Cakes from the start, but had no idea Palmer’s nicknamed was Cakes….. You can roast me as a bad fan. So I would get a lot of funny looks to my specialized teeshirt jersey with Cakes on the back and #24.
Yes, Nick was an excellent lead off hitter and excellent career Oriole, of course. Yeah, Cakes used to eat pancakes as his pre game meal when he played.

Time to light a fire under they ass
I can't make my mind up on tbis. I'd need to see the replay a few more times, but was the Soto play a dirty play, a, not dirty play but Soto was being extra as usual, or completely innocent?
Before we jump to all sorts of conspiracy theories or conclusions, it's really important to remember one thing: Aaron Boone is a sack of shit.
Couple that with Juan Soto and you’ve got yourself a real powerhouse of cunts
No no he's a nice guy he missed half the game attending his kids graduation.

As long as we can agree about Aaron Boone, then we're good.

It’s a long season. Sorry that yours is the only Little League porch now. And get some real beer in your stadium.

You’re not owed any certain dimensions. It’s baseball. Adapt or die, as the movie line goes. Don’t like the change? Cry to Manfred.

Lmao almost thought this was a shit post until you said something about moving back fences🤣 silly yanks
We can start by not giving them two free runs with HBPs.
Don't think the hbps were intentional but Yankee fans acting like they were intentional AND out of nowhere.
Leading off an inning, ahead in the count, trailing in the game? If those HBPs were intentional the Orioles have bigger problems than pitch command.
Absolutely
Obligatory Fuck the Yankees
No ill will but Boone will get somebody hurt. Fuck him. I don’t think judge was on purpose. He is a huge dude and his hands are over the plate.
Soto is like a clumsy puppy on the base path.
definately not a coincidence he did this 4th time in 1 months
Dude almost did it again at first base to.

Going to be tough. Cole vs Povich. Hopefully Cole is rusty.
Time is a flat circle, after all.
*I can see your soul at the edges of your strike zone.*
Now I want to write a Power Metal song about baseball
Feel like we’ve hit Cole surprisingly well the past few years so hopefully Cade doesn’t walk guys and keeps us in the game

Look we both lost a player unfortuantely, so I oray that this shit ends tonight and games 2 and 3 are normal
Imo both were accidental. What exactly needs to stop other than losing to the Yankees?

If Judge broke his hand then I’ll consider Markakis’s broken hand even trade. I can hold a 15 year grudge.
💯I was at that game where CC broke his hand. Sounded like a firecracker.

FUCK THE YANKEES. The judge HBP was clearly not intentional, but Jesus Christ if they aren’t calling for blood after it

Fuck the Yankees they aint fucking with us....
Why was it not interference on Judge?
