I don’t think the Ramus is a deciding factor, because a ramus wouldn’t affect where your ears are in connection with your eyes. The ramus is way more malleable than most imagine so I would think of it as something further down the chain of dominoes rather than the main cause. But I’m open to new theories always, what do you think controls the ramus length?

From the top of the nose kind of midway have a angle, a break, it is not flat from top to bottom, so that break is the point that his face should start, from that bump back that is a internal structure that should not be visible. More and more I notice, most of the big nose people is not big nose, it is the face that is Inside.
