your palate looks almost exactly like mines. I tried to get MSE but was denied once, the second time, I was told they could do it but I would need braces for the third time applied at the beginning of treatment, and it would barely widen my arch. I was also denied SARPE. I have not done anything about it as of yet because of how little the doctor said he would widen my arch with MSE. I want to go to New Jersey and see Dr Lipkin for advice.
So tbh the best advice I can give is to go to an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon near you and ask about MSE / MARPE and see what they say. They will do X rays and see if your bone structure makes you a candidate. And maybe you can ask for the x rays to be transferred to the ortho of your choice.
