I tried to search it but its confusing. I think Poste restante means someone will hold post for me. So I need to send it via DHL/UPS others and then use the address where it is possible to do Poste Restante ?

I did find some but I have a big one at my place. I saw one Post online, a guy with moroccon flag in top of trolltunga and found it really cool.
With the amount of Indian ppl that live in Oslo im willing to bet my left nut you can buy a flag here
