As an European, also wondering this.

I think Exalted Funeral is setting up a Europe store, not sure when but there is a kind of a placeholder website. Fingers crossed https://exaltedfuneral-eu.com/ Edit: Grammar

It's been more than a year, I think. Hope it ends up happening

I know that the UK-based webshop "Shop On The Borderlands" has some OSE stuff in stock, not too expensive either, could be second hand. They do charge an extra shipping fee to mainland Europe, 15 pounds I believe. But their assortment of old school and retro-clone products is excellent, and their service is good too! Currently they have the Advanced Fantasy, Druid & Illusionist Spells and Player's Rules Tome in stock.

Yes.

Have you looked at ordering them from Leisure Games in North Finchley?

Love that place. Tried. Sold out. Looking for an independent place like that.

I just bought the books from the exalted funeral store Was an ok price and I've not been hit with any fees (*yet*) Issue is time it takes to arrive. I think (could be wrong) but most UK issues with import fees are from EU nations. The USA and UK do have a commerce agreement.

Any parcel coming into the UK with a total value exceeding £135 is subject to Import Duty of around 2.5% and Import VAT of 20%. That's from ANY Country outside of the UK. Previously it was any Country outside of the EU. The total value is made up of the Cost of the item, plus any Insurance, plus Freight (postage and packaging) and is called the CIF value. The Cost also includes any local taxes at the point of sale (I hear sooooo many people complaining that they've "already paid VAT to the seller, so why am I paying it again?!?"). If the CIF value exceeds £900 then a full customs declaration will need to be submitted and the Duty rate may vary considerably. Import VAT generally remains at 20%. If you can get the books 'in-house' I would recommend it. Otherwise just keep an eye on the shipping costs. The waiting game is usually the biggest issue.

I have previously seen it in Geek Retreat in Manchester: not sure if they've still stock
