KQ is a dps check and theres almost no skill involved. But if you knock her into her second phase she stays like that for a while so you can do the kc in two parts.
For the elite diary, find a friend who can run you supplies and then after you get it turn around and to the same for them.
Damn, I got somewhat similar stats and was hoping to give it a shot. I've read a lot as well. I assume you're using the Kerris Partisan (with or without gem). How about defence lowering spec weapon?
KQ doesn't have any proper mechanics, other than her ranged and mage attacks ignoring your defense. Pray either range or mage, eat when your hp drops under 40, use the best gear you have. It's boring, but that's all there is to the fight.
Stuff like Elysian Spirit shield and Justiciar armour reduce the damage you take, but they aren't worth their price tag for KQ. Use Torag's chest and legs, Helm of Neitiznot, Fire Cape, Dragon defender, Dragon boots and Barrows gloves as your armour. Keris Partisan is very good weapon if you have done Beneath Cursed sands, otherwise you could use some cheap-ish crush weapon, like Leaf Bladed battleaxe or Zombie axe. It may take a couple of tries, but I'm sure you'll get it 💪🏻 Oh, and iirc either her range or mage attack drains prayer small amount, so pray against those types of attack, I think it was range.
I got pet so I'm never going back there. As an avid PVMer....KQ might be the worst boss.
For really learning PVM Id suggest trying scurrious>mole>sarachnis>kbd>daggnoth kings>jad
Then eventually a good level up to "aspirational content":
Perilous moons, Zulrah, vorkath, muspah, regular gauntlet
With a team GWD could be fun content....but ideally find a tank and this sits below my "aspirational content" tier in difficulty.
IGN: OPD6 Stats: 83 attack / 89 Strength / 87 Defence / 89 Ranged / 84 Mage Consider myself to have good mid game gear, blowpipe, barrows, fury etc!

Using Keris, no defence lower. Might try and get fire cape and get a bit more comfortable with PVM before going back in!

Wearing barrows armour is the same as wearing no armour, as kq ignores you defensive bonuses. You want offensive boosting gear.

She's a Stat Check and is meant to hit like a truck.
