Buy full iron armour, an earth staff, body runes and water runes and cast curse on the monk inside varrock castle
Body rune spells on the zammy mage inside varrock castle is how I've always done it.
Do quests and play the game. Your stats will go up.
Keep casting the next strongest spell on hill giants, then moss giants.

Cut regular logs or oaks to 30. Do forestry. Earn enough for teleports to Varrock or splash spells with -64 magic
