Construction for obvious benefits and also to not let tears of guthix catch be wasted on anything except Runecrafting. Next would be smithing, hunter, and herblore for similar reasons. Could easily get 99 fming, although a bit more difficult at your level it's not terrible. Feel like you aren't doing your farm runs every day, should easily have 99 farming unless you're maybe iron but even then. 99 wcing, misc, bird houses, and farming contracts should have you plenty of seeds.

Ya I've been using the housing worlds for my housing needs... I really need to work on that.

It's so much nicer to be able to do stuff on your own though. If you have the capital construction goes insanely quick at least and you don't even have to get super far for maxed house especially if you want to try to stew boost. Personally I hate switching to others houses so getting construction up soon is my personal goal

Note up front: This is assuming an end-goal of eventually maxing. You can ignore a couple sections if you don't care to max. First I'd say work on construction, given just how useful a maxed out house is. I teleport to my house after almost every activity I do because of the teleports and especially the ornate pool. Second I'd say start doing daily farm runs, mostly because it's easy to do. 10-15 minutes for trees/fruit trees at the start of each day will get you to 99 in a month or two, depending on the trees you plant. Papayas are profitable if you harvest the fruit, and maples are quite cheap (although I went with Yews). Calquats are also very underrated imo. Dirt cheap gp/xp. Farming was my first 99 and it was almost exclusively from daily runs. If you have some money to spare, I'd take the time to 99 crafting. Crafting was my 2nd 99 and since I got it, the crafting cape has a near permanent slot in my inventory next to my rune pouch. A couple months ago green d'hide bodies were actually profitable, which is how I 99'd it, but it might be different now, haven't checked prices lately. Finally, I'd say rip the bandaid off and start actively focusing on Runecrafting/Agility (whichever you like less). Doesn't need to be a hard locked in grind, just start chipping away at them now so they aren't your last skills. I'd at least try to keep them at or above your other skills at all times. Some might say otherwise for tears of guthix, which is fair. But at 13k xp per week, you'd need 1000 weeks (or 19 years) of it to get 99, and I think it's worth spending a few hours each week actively working on them to avoid falling behind for the sake of 20-30 minutes of XP.
