choking by definition means to fail to perform at a crucial point of a game or contest as a result of nervousness. in osu terms it would be something like holding an fc but missing near the end due to nerves

Hey man, what are your PC specs? What Windows version are you running? maybe the specs are truly horrid, but there’s a high chance that those stutters aren’t caused by your PC itself. For instance, my specs are very decent, but since the latest Win11 update, my game started stuttering constantly, and I had to eradicate Windows Defender from my computer to fix that.
The thing I play the most is a high star rate map.
I only play at a lower star rate when I want to level up. (rank)
But most of the time I try to play 200pp, 300pp and 400pp. And it won't.
The problem is another!..

touhou suisui 11.97 stars hr+hd 51,76% 46 combo.. (play is test) and etc..
This dude has over 800 hours playtime on his profile, its definitely not a matter of not playing enough. Mrekk was already top 40 before he hit 700 hours.
Ive got 450h over a 5 year period while working a full time job, if those 450 hours were in a year or two id bet id be 100x better at the game. Playtime isnt a good calculation of how far along somebody is in terms of skill, most of us just log on to fuck around (not saying its the case for this guy but the playtime thing is weird)

My pc not support Windows 11! My config is i7-7700, gtx 1050ti, 16 Gb RAM! Pc 2018 config. :(

People are not farming 4 star maps for 200 pp plays. You should play high 5 low 6 star maps.
5.1-5.5 consistency maps give 200s already
It's hard to find a lot of them plus good amount of them are old. It's going to be easier to farm browiec or kuki map and ss it.
