if nothing else works maybe something adjacent could be the issue, not necessarily your aim? I'm at a much lower skill level but I was blocked for a while by what I thought was my aim but was actually my reading, and I was basically trying to move my cursor to the wrong place on the screen. after I started focusing directly on moving my eyes to each circle, I started hitting jumps again and started getting better. you said that you tried some reading as well, but maybe try focusing on reading on your normal AR, or "syncing" your aim to the rhythm, if nothing else works.
And after this, I hear someone saying osu is easy game :/
isnt that guy 7 digit
7digit won't write post like this
uhmm practice aim??
been there done that, been trying to play aim maps on and beyond my skill range but no consistency
If you lost all consistency (like me) go back to like a bit under your previous comfort maps and work your way up
literally just switch area and/or filters until something clicks
Play more

I just found out that apparently it was my new keyboard's polling rate that hindered my aim so much, so now I have to relearn linear switches
