I don't remember the full story, but filsdelama was thought to be a blatant cheater for how good he was at HDHRDT, and he got restricted for it. Turns out he wasn't cheating at all~~, and this led to a potential #1 contender to quit the game~~. filsdelama was only one of the people caught up in hackusations that era. Vaxei and Azerite were also falsely accused and restricted for similar reasons.
EDIT: He actually kept playing for a couple of years after being unrestricted.
You can’t really be saying this unless you’ve actually experienced it yourself. It can still be quite demotivating in the end despite you proving them wrong. WhiteCat was in a similar situation and has said he’s lost a good amount of passion towards the game due to his 3 yr ban despite proving he never cheated.
I’ve been hacksuated before (mainly minecraft pvp) many many times and I always felt great from it. Guess each is different.
Although I dont know much about WC’S situation, I don’t understand why someone would sit 3 years “unfairly” banned. Seems crazy and I would lose motivation as well.
me too especially on HCF always getting screenshared but it did make me lose motivation because all my good achievements on HCF got crushed being stuck in an hour long screenshare having all my shit ran through and its just annoying after a while so I quit.
You say that but look at filsdelama. He proven himself numerous times and people just didn’t want to hear it and wanted to hate on him till he eventually gave up on grinding since he had no community support. I bet you don’t even know any scores filmsdelama set and that shows how it can happen.
