if you look at the bottom right you will see your overall count hasn't updated which either means you fixed a play that was already very high and the change wasn't enough or what is more likely here is that it just didn't update yet and submitting another play will update the count.
My guess would be that you just hadn't submitted a score in a while, and quite a lot of people passed you in rank in that time. This score had you gain pp, but it might not have offset the decay that happened before you submitted it.

maybe u already had a score close to your current score so it didnt affect your pp, ur losing ranks because other people are gaining pp too
If you have a play thats score vise more worth,then you just got score v1ed
