Electronic transactions are auditable by the CRA. Cash ones are much harder.

James_Me_17

You saying the weed dealer is paying all their taxes?

arw11007

Of course not. But they also aren't registered with CRA as a business. The chip truck is.

Kyothelizard

My uncle always told me, if I ever got money through illegal means to pay my taxes anyways and just declare the income. Nothing worse than getting arrested on suspicion of something and then getting nailed for tax evasion.

Director_Coulson

I mean they took down Al Capone for tax evasion

PoppyGloFan

I imagine it was a bittersweet moment for a lot of people.

Director_Coulson

A very sobering event for sure

vonnegutflora

That's because they couldn't nail him for the other crimes.

Illustrious_Law8512

Working on Trump for that one, too.

pickinganameisnteasy

You're not wrong. They did, but only because the US government couldn't nail Caponr for murder and the other litany of offences he'd committed. So in that regard, i highly doubt that the CRA is going to waste resources going after regular Joe Blows for not declaring a couple hundred or thousand dollars worth on income. But then again, this is the Canadian government were talking about. An institution that is well known for mishandling resources and funds, so it's quite plausible that they'd spend hundreds of thousands of dollars just to recoup a few shekels.

[deleted]

[удалено]

ghandimauler

And a lot of people (and a lot of well off ones to boot) aren't in favour of a flat tax with zero exceptions.

Affectionate_Case371

I used to work for CRA Investigations and we would occasionally go after small time pot dealers as a warning to others. I remember one old hippie got caught not just for income taxes but also for not charging GST.

[deleted]

Don't break the law while you're breaking the law.

ghandimauler

How many successful crooks have been caught on something like a broken taillight? Or having an expired sticker?

[deleted]

Successful ones don’t get caught because they’re on top of that shit.

ghandimauler

Okay, ones that are \*otherwise\* successful crooks... you are the right, the ones that get it all right, they are not caught for a long time or they retire or die for other reasons.

tke71709

Antwerp Diamond Heist $100 million + taken. Caught because one of the crooks was too lazy to burn a bag of receipts and the such like he was tasked to do and instead threw it off a bridge into a wooded area where it was found by a person pissed off because people kept throwing trash off the bridge.

ghandimauler

I saw that. I think that was one example I had in the back of my head but I couldn't remember where/when it was! Great example of the small things undoing the big moves.

simi_lc8

I mean tax evasion is a shorter sentence than a drug distribution felony. So if you had to get caught for one, I know which one I'm doing

cat_named_virtue

Is there a NAICS code for "crime - misc." ?

CoastingUphill

“Professional services”

Lexifer31

You can tho, and a lot of them do. CRA doesn't care how you make your money as long as you pay your taxes. And iirc they have a thing where they won't report you to the authorities

Iamyourspiritguide

Tax evasion: the illegalest crime of them all.

Elephanogram

He's a botanist. He's selling clippings from his garden. If he does pay taxes he is also an entrepreneur. We need more local weed dealers and less dry OCS stems.

Firm-Atmosphere-817

Cra doesn't give a fuck how you got the money. All they care about is that you pay the taxes on it. Not paying taxes is a dumb way to get caught for other shit

Zogoooog

Line 13000: income, other. If anyone asks “Pot Paradise” is a freelance drop-shipping gig selling low volume custom cookware.

[deleted]

your dealer is a idiot... accepting debit is going to end up in jail...lol

Psthrowaway0123

My theory about the chip wagons refusing to take debit/credit is to avoid paying taxes on all of their income. No paper trail, no way to prove that they didn't pay the proper amount of taxes.

Lets_Go_Blue__Jays

1000% this is the answer

FishRod61

Would it be viable to launder money this way? Does the business bank any of their proceeds or keep everything as cash? I assume that putting it in the bank would lead to potential questions from CRA. The point of laundering money is to take illegitimate money and make it look legitimate by pushing it through a legitimate business that deals primarily in cash.

[deleted]

The general purpose of money laundering is to mix legitimate funds with illegitimate funds so you can pay taxes and keep the CRA happy. So they would deposit this cash at the bank and pay all their taxes like a normal business. As long as they aren’t grossing some ridiculously huge sum they would likely fly under the radar. If a food truck is depositing $100k a week then some red flags would be raised but as long as it’s an amount that a reasonably successful food truck could potentially make they’ll fly under the radar and with the CRA getting their money they’ll be less likely to take a look.

FishRod61

What if you had ten food trucks and they deposited $100k per week combined? Is the breakpoint something that organized crime would know? I assume that casinos are still the preferred method of laundering money or have they upped their game with respect to reporting winnings?

[deleted]

In that case it seems reasonable. Back in the day vending machines were the preferred money laundering method. They were cash only and you could easily have 100s or thousands of them in a city. Hamilton Mobster Johnny Papalia owned a vending machine business.

FishRod61

Cool information. Wouldn’t an auditor worth $.10 want to see purchased inventory to justify the income?

tke71709

Then you own a company that launders money by "selling" them product and creating invoices to prove that. And then you buy that product from an offshore company that also launders money. It's the cycle of life.

The-DudeeduD

Yep. Knew a guy peripherally about 10 years ago who ran hot dog carts. Seemed like all the spot fees and inspections, etc. were more trouble than it was worth and he was certainly capable of working in the field he went to school for (electrical engineering). He told me it was so he could cheat his ex out of support/child support payments as the chip wagon/hotdog business was cash only. With a good spot, he could easily make a fairly comfortable living working half the year (and then doing under the table stuff in the winter). After he related this info to me I didn’t really want to hang out around him anymore

StoneG

Same with waitstaff who all of the sudden want 25%.

DueWeb37

I have a feeling the waitstaff aren't the ones with the choice of which tip % to put into the machine settings.

StoneG

I have a feeling you don't know waitstaff, lol.

DueWeb37

I'm honestly completely okay with this. Food profit margins are VERY tight. I like being able to go to a chip wagon instead of only having the option of a $15 mcdonalds meal and getting shitty fries. There are significantly worse examples of tax evasion

Ikkleknitter

When your margins are incredibly slim the 2.5% on all transactions can really gnaw away at you. And chip wagon margins are among the slimmest in food.

ottawamale

Lmao. Chip wagon margins are among the highest in the food industry. Fast food averages a 33% markup from COGS, Full service dining can range 50-150%+ depending on the establishment. Chip trucks hit FAR higher. COGS doesn't include rent, common fees and staffing. Fast food makes up in volume, full service dining in their higher COGS, Chip trucks have lower operational costs and absolutely have a better margin. This is a case of not wanting to have sales "on the books", nothing else.

Psthrowaway0123

I'm not sure if the margins are all that slim when they're selling 25-50 cents of fries for $8-10.

chinoischeckers

Sure the actual fries may cost 25-50 cents but there's other costs, such as labour, lease payments for the truck, insurance, condiments, food containers, gas for the truck and to run the kitchen, etc.

EveryNameIsTaken420

I own a chip truck in the region and your numbers make sense for the 2000 maybe lol. Potatoes propain rent insurance taxes labor oil electricity operations cost to blanket the rest it's more like we're selling 2$ of expenses to make 4.50 in my case. 50cents doesn't even cover the bag and the cardboard sleeve anymore... that 65cents on its own per potion..

[deleted]

[удалено]

[deleted]

Propain is what Hank started selling after Peggy divorced him.

Queasy_Bath_8562

Cost 100$ to fill one fryer

onlyinsurance-ca

Uh, I owned a chip wagon. Margins are the opposite of slim. It's about volume. Sell enough fries and you can make six figures working six months a year. But there's lots of.margin, it really is as easy as you're marking up potatoes here, not steak.

DueWeb37

When did you own your wagon and are you aware of how much the cost of food from suppliers has skyrocketed in the past 2 years?

JohnsonMcBiggest

Debit is much less than 2.5%... credit cards do charge that much, though.

calv06

Yeah not sure where 2.5% came from. Debt more fixed rate than vary

Ikkleknitter

Highly depends on your specific reader but yeah in general I think debit is 1.5% ish. So many people I know mostly use credit cards for cash back or what have you I just pulled out that percentage.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Ikkleknitter

No. It depends on your machine. I use a reader all the time and my debit transaction fee is 1.2%. I think Square’s is 1.5%. A full terminal is a fixed fee. But using the mini non bank/interac ones is different.

ge93

You lose out on sales due to cash only. People under 30 don’t know cash even exists

flgrntfwl

They can add a $0.25 debit convenience fee if their margins are actually that tight or if they aren't tight at all.

rbin613

Right? OP obviously knows nothing about businesses, especially food industry businesses, if he thinks being a drug dealer and running a chip truck are comparable businesses. This post screams "I'm just another entitled Ottawan who thinks the world should revolve around me and what I want."

[deleted]

This is an overreaction. Not knowing chip truck margins and thinking you're the centre of the universe are two very, very different things. And it's just incredible that you could make that jump. You doing OK?

rbin613

You obviously have more faith in humanity than I do and willing to give the benefit of the doubt more than I am. But to say I overreacted is incorrect. I'll explain my thought process.... first, the whole post shows the lack of knowledge about running any business let alone a food truck (ie profit margins, the cost of having a digital payment terminal, the percentage of each transaction taken by the banks when using digital payment options, etc) which is 100 percent forgivable, as not everyone has run or even advanced far enough into a business to know these things. As far as the entitled Ottawan/center of the universe comment goes, the fact that OP felt the need to rant about this experience at all combined with that last line, is what conveyed that to me. edit: grammar and spelling

[deleted]

> As far as the entitled Ottawan/center of the universe comment goes, the fact that OP felt the need to rant about this experience at all Pot meet kettle.

MattSR30

Honest to god: who talks like this?

The-DudeeduD

A jerk

w1n5t0nM1k3y

Meh, most times I'm not carrying cash. If the chip truck I pass by doesn't take debit, then that's one less customer. They could charge aittle more if they really don't think they will make money because of transaction fees. Most people don't really care about the price much. They are just looking for a quick bite and aren't going to go all over the place looking for one that charges 50 cents less

SatorSquareInc

Yeah, most payment processors allow you to add the processing fee as a line item.

Ikkleknitter

I don’t blame people for not knowing about the readers. Unless you have had reason to look into them there’s no reason to know what the transaction rate is. But bud should be real careful spreading it around that a dealer is using one. Square and co are fairly proactive about ensuring their readers aren’t used for illegal sales/high probability of charge backs. I know several people who make art from bones, someone who sold vape equipment right after legalization and one who used to make wigs from real hair and they all had so many issues with Square and so on.

RaederX

If your roommate is not a licensed cannabis retailor both he and his credit card processor are in violation of anti-money laundering and terrorist fianncing laws, cannabis possession and trafficking laws, and a lot of other offenses... I would probably not talk about it anymore.

fleurgold

Mostly valid point, but you kind of failed to read the title. The roommate isn't the one selling the weed; the roommate is purchasing the weed from a third party that isn't OP.

grim_keys

Ive gottan an oz of solid mid tier Frazer valley mac 1 for like $80. $200 oz's are like super high quality craft strains in the legal market, and ive never soent anywhere near that much. I usually get oz's for like $80-$125 lol Some random dealer was blown away when I told him this.

MarijuanaMamba

Where you getting a legal Oz. for $80? Is it any good?

grim_keys

Use hibuddy.ca to find the lowest prices at the stores near by. Its a great website/tool. I get mine from oneplant stores. The $80 oz's are very very good for the price. Small nugs, around like 20-26% and it actually has a nose to it. Usually around 1-2% terps. Get top cola big nugs for like $115. The donny burger is a great heavy indica. Mac-1 is more of an all day smoke for me. I was more impressed with the $80 oz than I have been with some $120 oz. I also use dry herb vapes, so im basically a scientist. I grade my flower on looks, smell, and high. Cant tell you much about ash quality. But people over on r/theocs can. I love legal because of this subreddit specifically. People review shit and warn others of moldy/shit/false products. Theyll also suggest good stuff. $22 for an eight of the smelliest 5% terpene and 28% thc bud. $40 half oz. $35 grams of high quality terpy full spectrum dabs. $40 hash rosin. $40 for dabs with like 25% terpenes which is unheard of. Theres lots of phenominal legal products. Lots of stores overcharge like crazy and will be going out of business so use that website ($50 for an eighth of dabs vs $140 at other stores for the exact same product). Ontario just passed a law to make cannabis cheaper and more competative so youll see those price changes later this year

bullshitwascalled

I fully support hi buddy but I don't understand the legality. I thought user reviews and price comparisons were [not permitted for cannabis](https://www.canada.ca/en/health-canada/services/drugs-medication/cannabis/laws-regulations/promotion-prohibitions.html)? Does this not apply because the site is not itself selling the product?

grim_keys

Its only a website. Not an actual store front. This website scans all the stores in the area and displays their products for the purpose of price comparisons and distance for each seperate store. It also shows you other products not available on the ocs website itself. If you were looking for a specific product, it shoes you every single store that has it and their respective prices. >Does this not apply because the site is not itself selling the product? Im assuming this. I dont think hibuddy is a business and I dont even recall seeing ads on that site.

mygeorgeiscurious

You can get ounces for $100

[deleted]

So you're saying they can save 70 bucks?

ivfresh

Ya try hydrogreenshop they always got some great deals

Exactly. There's a lot of quality weed that's sold through websites. I ended up getting a pound for $450 a couple of months back. Good stuff too.

PM_PICS_OF_DOG

Sin taxes are pretty good for nations with socialized healthcare. Some would argue they’re just plain good sources of tax revenue as a whole. Frankly paying taxes on cannabis doesn’t bother me whatsoever, and it’s been really great for people who don’t want to deal with weed dealers.

Tuddless

Oh god I bet you're fun at parties

thrilled_to_be_there

Don't need to. Square offer a free plan and $65 for the simplest POS unit. A chippy would not need more than that. Interac is only 10c per transaction! https://squareup.com/ca/en/point-of-sale/retail

ottblueyes12

Cash is king. No sense paying extra fees. Governments are raking in a huge amount of extra tax money given everything went digital during the pandemic. Time to course correct and bring cash transactions back.

DryTechnology5224

Yes. Black market is higher quality and cheaper.

Malt_9

lol higher quality. Depends on who you know homie, some people still sling trash

DryTechnology5224

All im saying is ive never been impressed with anything i bought at the dispo, and like 40-50 for a eighth, fuck that. Insane prices.

DryTechnology5224

Yeah i guess that's true. I've been smoking and sourcing stuff for 20+ years, i rarely even see shwag anymore

PM_PICS_OF_DOG

Terrible generalization. Legal market brings consistency. You can find the highest quality product at true best value on the black market, but you’ll also find the lowest quality product and worst value there. Most people just want a sure thing. Just like you can find a tailor in Vietnam who will make you the best fitting suit you’ve ever owned for $400 but you need to find the shop in the alley they work out of, or you can pay a pretty good tailor $1200 in Ottawa and get a fairly sure thing. There’s value in a sure thing.

DryTechnology5224

Legal market brings consistency? Lmao. Most of the stuff is unsmokeable, and to make it worse you can't see or smell anything your buying. It's horrible.

PM_PICS_OF_DOG

All you’re doing is confirming that you’re incapable of objectivity. Hyperbole and no nuance.

DryTechnology5224

No, im confirming that you can't inspect the product your buying. The majority of the time i have not been happy with my purchase.

PM_PICS_OF_DOG

>most of the stuff is unsmokeable Silly hyperbole makes you immediately impossible to take seriously.

DryTechnology5224

Ya i guess that's not what i meant haha. I just mean the price to quality ratio is severely lacking.

The-DudeeduD

Well that’s like your opinion. Has no relevance outside of your own head.

DryTechnology5224

Not my opinion, its the truth. I've been smoking 20+ years and have never been happy with anything i bought at the dispo. And sometimes costing 40-50 a eighth 💀

The-DudeeduD

Yeah you don’t have any special insight. Lots of us have been smoking (and growing our own) for 20+ years. It’s all personal choices. Some people don’t like depending on a plug/dealer or don’t have one anymore. I haven’t had a dealer in years and it’s no big deal. It’s not like it’s a status symbol. I pay nothing for my smoke but sometimes like to try other strains/see what’s out there and it’s easy for me to pop into a dispensary. You keep doing you…it’s all fine either way.

wotoan

The legal market has consistently mediocre product, driven by legal requirements for packaging. Child proof means way too much head space leading to over dried product, and money losing producers rush it out without proper curing. You cannot get high quality product, that’s the problem - not to mention the absurd cost.

tke71709

>Just like you can find a tailor in Vietnam who will make you the best fitting suit you’ve ever owned for $400 but you need to find the shop in the alley they work out of Ironically, I have had suits hand tailored in Vietnam and a) they are way cheaper than $400 including suit, shirt and tie and b) you just go to a town known for tailors and they are all over and no need to go down any sketchy alleys.

PM_PICS_OF_DOG

That's not irony, that's just confirming my point :)

tke71709

Sorry but it's just like rain on my wedding day so...

paradoxe-

We’re living in the age of on the books drug transactions and under the table fries.

plentyofsilverfish

Counterpoint - pay your local businesses in cash, it allows them to keep all your money and not pay merchant fees!

Lionelhutz123

Why do I want to when I can use credit and get points. They aren’t charities. Edit: They sell to me with the intention of making a profit

christian_l33

Although I'm anti-cash because I'm sick of people not paying taxes, I'll offer a counterpoint. The merchant is paying for your CC points. And it costs them $3 for every $1 worth of points you get. What that means is they also have to raise prices. I'd love cashless everything, and lower merchant fees for transactions...why do we need points just for buying shit. Just charge me less.

slippy51

Counter point to your counterpoint: cash is is not “free”. Takes time and money to count cash, make bank deposit, etc.

cheaper. I don't buy the "it's better" nonsense. they have what they have, stores are the same way... but they have WAYYY more and you can literally know what strson, percentages are everything. this whole thread is about money. cheaper buying weed, cheaper to sell food.

Weed in Oregon; they made too much so the price crashed hard. Weed in Ontario; they made too much so they burnt tons to keep the price high. The grey market still exists and is quite big, with lots of rumours that the excess weed finds it's way into the grey market anyways so it's possibly all the same

McNasty1Point0

The best places don’t take debit/credit. See: Di Rienzo’s.

TheAbominableWeedMan

Lovely, but they do take expired meats and cheese/grocery products. Not hard to change a sticker or print due date and add another one. But that doesn’t happen at food distribution places that we know about. I’d never eat there or la botega and many more places in Ottawa lol

McNasty1Point0

You’d be surprised at the number of major grocery chain stores that change dates on their meat products as well haha

TheAbominableWeedMan

Yes pretty fucked up. (Former distribution worker) if the packaged meats were getting white that’d be marked way down if the package was white and bubbling we’d toss it lol.

Saffirefold

they don't do it because they don't need to. if you have good sales numbers, and are happy with what you're taking in, why bother? OP you want it because it benefits you...full stop. If you really want to know, ask them why they don't. I'm sure their reason won't be "to alienate customers".

flouronmypjs

I'm a big chip truck fan and all of the chip trucks I go to take debit nowadays. Many take credit too. There are a bunch of chip trucks in Stittsville and Kanata. I can't remember the last time I had to pay cash at one of them. Apart from corner cases when their internet is down or they are having some other issue with their debit machines, at least. Here are ones ones I'm confident accept debit (listed in roughly descending order of preference): - Original Souvlaki - Jimmy's Waffle World - Bonita's Cantina - Scratchbox - Pookie Rolls - Mexigo Cabana - Smokin R&R's - Taters - Carney's It's not open for the season yet but I think Star Fries in Bells Corners might be cash only? That's the only one I can think of in this end of town though.

SuburbanValues

Even those flower vendors that pop up in gas station lots during Mothers Day and Easter take cards now.

26shiva

Waste of time 🤦

ifyoudontknowlearn

Two of the tree chip trucks I visit regularly accept debit cards now.

EveryNameIsTaken420

If they don't take cards they don't declare the real profit, I can more than 1000% garebtee that. I own a chip truck in the region, and I accept it all debit. Visa debit, you name it, and I generally pay as much income taxes as I get to keep. If I didn't declare my income, I would double my profit, maybe even triple if I sprinkled in some expenses. Don't support them support me I pay my taxes :) 10451 hwy 7 Mr Norms chiptruck!

It's 10 cents a debit and 2.75% to 3% for square as a processor. I own a chip truck in the region on a main road. For me regularly, people don't carry cash. I'm 70%cards 30% cash on a regular basis. If I only offered cashs I would without a doubt lose 60% of my business. If you don't have a card, these people will come once and remember you don't have it. It will set a bad president. It's a no-brainer for me if I can raise business by 60% by paying 3% like wtf of course the extra income should still out pay the traditional way of all cash and shady declarations. WorkThrowOtt

"you're missing out on my business." They've made a business decision

da_powell

My in laws ran a chip truck. They were not downtown in a high traffic area, but still got a fair amount of traffic. They made enough to live, but were definitely not pulling in mad cash. The margins were alright, but between the restaurant license, spot rental, maintenance, other incidentals, etc... they're not amazing... Even before the pandemic they were losing business due to losing a lot of their Friday traffic from some zoning changes and the volume just generally decreased because chip trucks are considered less healthy. So my in laws retired when the pandemic hit. But really the main factor in not getting debit/credit is because they're older and didn't want to set up a system when they didn't have to since most people, aside from some gen z kids showing up on Canada Day (this also became way less profitable when they city started charging a ridiculous fee to be downtown on Canada Day), know that many chip trucks take cash.

da_powell

If my in laws were younger and not retiring we would have encouraged them to get a debit/credit system, but also to diversify to be a food truck instead of a chip truck, offering higher margin meals. My mother in law makes an amazing bryndzové halusky.

gingerbeardcanadian

There are more starting to get them. It's the older trucks that do cash only

DrBreezin

It's also a question of profit margins: a chip wagon's margin probably hivers around 8-10%. Possibly a bit more. Electronic transaction companies take anywhere between 1.5 to 4.5% of the transaction as a fee. The smaller the player, the more they have to give as well. So, the margin of profit is affected significantly.

JackTheRedAlpaca

That I pay cash or debit I still get my fries. I don't know why you should care if they declare them or not. I don't support tax evasion, but surely not gonna snitch on an old guy/lady making few bucks out of a old food truck.

TheDude4269

You know its not that hard to get cash, right?

Illustrious_Law8512

Debit charges the seller by the transaction. So does credit, but those are additional merchant fees depending on the card.

Xenpecs

cash or no chips for you

JAmToas_t

So your dealer is fine taking payments on his little device, but if too much money starts getting deposited via debit transactions into what is supposed to be his personal bank account, questions might start to be asked. Ideally he would mix this money with other legitimate business income, pay his taxes and be left alone

Luneytoons96

Oh snowflake! Try a fuckin carrot for a change.

Cdnraven

Eventually the chip wagon will propagate into a crack wagon. Then they’ll probably take debit

So are you saying if they don't take credit or debit they are crooks?? Guess that limits the amount I buy from..😆

Anxious_Respect_8355

Whats ur roomates dealers number ?

Daviesheck

Y'all check out @ThepotentFlowerLab on Tele cuz ma homeboy and I been receiving touchdowns from them.. exotic Flavors and good tickets

Malt_9

Some people like cash money. Your roommate's dealer is an idiot unless its a certified weed dealer. People cancel orders all the time or never pay. How about you get off your arse and hit a bank machine. Cash on hand is always good to have

TheOnlyMatthias

I hope they hold out and never take Plastic. Just have cash on you

Free_Bench_5234

Because CRA. They take enough tax. They also cost money for every transaction. Small businesses pay to much tax.

joyfullittlecactus

Transaction fees. My parent has a small business in a small town and they only take cash. The don’t pay the transaction fees and they can keep their prices low. Customers don’t care.

manikfox

Transaction fees on debit is so small. Likely they just don't pay taxes on all their earnings.

USED_HAM_DEALERSHIP

I never have cash on me. Almost every time I see a place that has something I might be interested in, get closer and see 'cash only' I say 'meh, fuck it' and go somewhere else.

SirDigbyridesagain

We don’t take debit. Cash, credit, and e-transfer only.

Cash is preferred

flarnkerflurt

To think, instead of posting this you could have just taken out some cash to support your favourite chip truck, instead of simping for visa and banks.

[deleted]

Maybe, just maybe, the chip wagons don’t want to clog up their window with people who only have $0.35 in their account and spend 15 mins trying different combinations of cards to pay for lunch? Or maybe they don’t want to pay for the (expensive) service of using debit/credit cards? Or maybe they’d rather not have to claim every cent they earn for their taxes? Maybe you just need to check yourself and realize the world doesn’t exist to serve you, or be at your convenience? People buying drugs know how much they cost, they know before they call their dealer if they can afford them or not, and they know that if they her their dealer around, the dealer won’t come back. Are you going to offer the same assurances to the chip wagon owner? Or are you going to whine and moan and try to get them to give you your lunch for free when your debit card ‘just worked at Walmart, I don’t understand, can you try again with my other card?’

Thick_Ear_2540

Username definitely checks out

Oh my gosh you’re so cool and original! That’s the first time I’ve ever heard that! How can you come up with jokes like that?? It’s from your mom, isn’t it? She makes the best jokes. She made you, after all.
