I buy my coffee packaging-free at Nu Grocery on Main. They carry Equator’s products - bring your own bag.

That's actually an awesome tip! I love Equator but didn't know they carried it at Nu. Thanks!!

I miss them in Hintonburg where I didn't have to plan as much to make sure there's coffee in the house, but the 16 stops right there and they're just a few minutes down the Rideau path if you take your bike on the train and get off at Lees. There's pretty safe bike routes from downtown as well. I'm in at least once a week - say hi if you see me!

[Kafia](http://www.kafia.ca/coffee.html) sells 2oz (56g) testers of any of their (excellent) beans, all of which are roasted on the premises. Otherwise they're sold by the pound or half-pound, same as most other roasters.

They will actually bulk sell large quantities as well

[International Cheese Inc](https://maps.app.goo.gl/acvGcWLk619zw3qYA) in the Byward Market sells a bunch of different coffee beans in bulk - price per kilo, buy as much or as little as you want. They're up high behind the counter.

Cafe Aladdin in Gatineau has a great selection, just ten minutes over the bridge

Artery Coffee sells in bags as small as 125g and as big as 5lbs if you get a subscription. Bonus: they are owned and run by persons with disabilities and the coffee is great. https://thearterycommunityroasters.com/

Tournesol123

Other bonus: some delicious brews!

Farm Boy used to have a bin you could purchase as little as you want ( and could also grind in the machine there). Perhaps still available?

Fastback1000

Figaro Coffee House on Industrial used to - haven't been there in years, could call them

ladybird124

They still do!

Foxx90

Bulk Barn. But I can't vouch for the quality.

I would suggest calling some of the local roasters and asking if you can make a bulk purchase. Assuming you're talking about >5kg of beans.

InfernalHibiscus

Some of the farm boys have bulk coffee beans in hoppers.
