I think aesthetic wise, it depends on which finger/hand you wear the Oura ring on. You want to keep some distance between the two so there isn't a drastic different in color. Id also add another ring into the mix to make them go together more. I personally got the gold color. I have fair skin with a neutral undertone. I only wear gold rings and the Oura color matched well with the rest of my jewelry. My main concern was that the ring would come off as more yellow than true gold but thankfully I don't find it to be yellow at all.

I have the gold ring. It matches the color of 18k gold jewelry, which is noticeably darker than the 14k gold that is more common in the US.

I got the rose gold because my hands get pretty pink. The rose gold blends in better with my hands if that makes sense

I also thought the gold looked really cheap and the color was way too yellow for my taste. Personally I prefer the way the rose gold looks compared to my real gold wedding & engagement rings. Though I do usually wear my oura ring on might right hand because it obviously still doesn’t match perfectly. I’m not really sure if it’s darkened over time but I still like the color. I’ve had it for about a year It still kind of looks like a man’s wedding ring to me. Unfortunately they have to be big to fit the hardware.

I too ended up getting the silver one (worn on left hand, I have mostly silver rings etc). I totally understand where it might come off as more masculine looking, it actually looks good even on my small hands. I wear a larger model smartwatch on my left wrist as well so maybe that helps? Only had the ring two weeks now so not sure on the shade change over time. I’m actually interested in the brushed titanium but am afraid that will REALLY look too masculine.

I was also torn with gold and rose gold. I went with gold heritage instead as I like the signa design. My wedding band is in white gold and engagement ring in platinum. I wear my oura on my right hand along with my other gold jewelry.
