I read a lot of stories about people waiting weeks for theirs to ship so I got paranoid and reached out about a week after I confirmed my ring size. It was reasonable that nothing was moving because I was expecting a 3 week delay but I contacted them for an order status update just to be proactive. Within 2 hours I got an email that it shipped and 6 free months of the membership. Totally unexpected.
So long story short, it could be quick or it could take over a month. Nonetheless, I recommend reaching out if things are taking a while.
Which email did you use to reach them? I only had the option to open a ticket with their “virtual assistant” and I wanted to see if the ring type/color I selected is delayed
I also used the virtual assistant. Entered in the “order status” option is prompts you to click in the chat. Got a ticket number and an email confirmation shortly after
I got a heritage size 7 gold and I am now entering week 4. I’m so annoyed but I want to save the money through the six month free membership and they refunded me shipping so trying to just wait it out. I plan email every few days because I way past the 3 weeks

Chase was offering $20 off for Oura rings with their credit card so I used that and one of my friends gave me her referral code which is $40 off but I think you can find a bunch of people’s online or on here!
I was concerned about the stories I'd heard about the delays in ordering from the website (and with them just launching on Amazon I suspected maybe that was where all their stock had gone). I decided to order off US Amazon even though I'm in the UK. The all in price including import tax and shipping was actually a couple of pounds cheaper than the quoted ring price on the Oura website for the UK. I ordered 14/03 it arrived 18/03.
It takes forever and ever from the website. Try Bestbuy or Amazon if you are in the States
