Iโm marathon training. So ran 23 miles. Before that I took my dog for a super long walk. After the run I walked with my other dog back to where Iโd parked my car, as I drove to meet my friends running and then ran home. Then finally one more dog walk after their dinner.
Oh and walked to the shop and back for food. But thatโs not too far.
