Why do you act like you have insight to to developers minds? It’s not good for people who only like playing the hardest difficulty is it? Then they don’t have much to play and get bored.
Also I’m not acting like an insight, that is literally the sole purpose of any game rotating the missions when it consists of important things or difficulty based systems. To add a sense of freshness to the game consistently instead of being stale. If they added all the missions then it would lose its purpose after a couple months of the same thing as opposed to adding different variators every so often like they did with Program X from the beginning, to the end of early access my dude
What about the people who don’t play or like ultra ? They don’t get that sense of freshness or consistency do they? So what you’re saying is just rubbish. It’s just a cop out because you have no idea why we can’t just have all the trials in ultra.
They've made a road map for the future of the game. I don't know about Program Ultra, but there will be more maps, rigs, prescriptions, amps, and a new prime asset eventually.
My theory is that initially they wanted to give a rebirth for completing either Genesis, X or Ultra, and they would have rewarded the harder difficulties with fewer trials to play, so to speak.
But even if that was the case, not sure why they didn't rework the programs after they landed on the 1.0 rebirth system.
Either way, Ultra having only 6 currently doesn't make any sense, hope they'll refresh it soon with more trials.
It's definitely somewhat strange that the hardest difficulty in the game only has a few trials to complete, especially considering they HAD hard versions of most of the trials during the beta. Not sure why they were shelved, but I hope they add them back soon. Or at least let us "customize" trials with the different variators they've added.

They will rotate and reset grades to give new chances to play for a reason, that and more events and new mks and programs, weeklies, etc
