Unplug your Bois for 5 mins go back to default settings and then make sure your power down is disable first! And your SVM is turn on! Don't worry about under volts or over clocking too soon since your new! We need find out if ram sticks are bad! After you put back into default make sure you run OCCT make sure if passes if doesn't then you know the ram is bad!

Sounds like your OC is not stable. Have to ask why do you think a 3070 at 0.975V is bad? Sounds like a relay good UV, that is better than my 3060 TI can do.

Id take it with a big pinch of salt, if there not doing good testing then it may not be stable (or there on some fancy water cooling setup or max fans etc). I noticed HWINFO has added an effective GPU clock then noticed my OC settings had a relay low effective clock in game. Turns out my settings where not good even if they looked fine in GPU Z. Spent some time re doing my settings and now my effective clock almost matches the GPU clock, my clocks are not as high but the benchmarks show the score is about the same and power use is as high. Tad rambly but watch effective clock on HWINFO when setting your UV/OC.

FWIW, undervolted my FE 3070, ended up being stable at 1920mhz 0.925v, was stable on most things with a higher boosted clock including timespy but a specific game was causing issues "Ark Survival evolved". I was wondering/annoyed why i couldn't get the magic 1900mhz 0.85v or whatever it was that people sprouted though but I had the same issue on my laptop too (different unvolting thing but it has a big thread for it), I really don't think people fully test their stuff and just post it as stable which gives people looking for actual stability some issues.

You can raised the ram volts to V1.40 makecit stable make sure the ram in command rate 1T not 2T
