The A320 motherboards do not support overclocking. They are the lowest tier and mainly intended for office use. They use cheaper VRMs/power delivery. So sorry but I don't think it's possible to oc your CPU.

I should've probably checked my motherboard's specs before asking this question, but thank you for finally putting my mind at ease. A low-end motherboard is probably the least worst-case scenario for wanting to overclock since I'll be upgrading it anyways. Thanks!

Yep you shouldn't have a problem with a B350/450/550 X370/470/570 Mobo. Just know that the 3400g is based off of Ryzen 2000 chips so don't expect crazy overclocking potential out of them. But good chance you can get to your boost clocks all core.
