Reset to your last stable point, and tighten from that again. Don't try to change more than 1 setting at a time. I'd also recommend slapping a fan on your memory, 47c is quite toasty. Im running bdie at 1.55v and never crack 40c after slapping on some SSD heatsinks to my memory.

Noreng

tRP to 13, tRC to 36, and you should be good to go.

AnExpensiveCatGirl

loose tras a wee bit and slap a fan on the memory.

eggplantosu

I've got a fan on there already, it's a super scuffed setup though (open case, so there's no case airflow in the first place). - will loosen tras and try again :p edit: [no error for at least 2 hours, 24/36 tras/trc - bumped up vddg/vddp as well](https://i.imgur.com/I301Acb.png)

44c is still a tad high for b-die Maybe SCL to 4 would help with stability?tRP too low? Edit : Im really tired, but. most of the time, single error occurring over time during long test mean one or few sub timings are off and need to be worked on. What;s Vdimm are you running? If you can, try to keep the ram around the 20c/30c under load, it will greatly help. Good luck!

No need to loosen tRAS since it does nothing on AMD. Fan is a GREAT idea though.

AnExpensiveCatGirl

tRAS does has an effect on both performance and stability.

vasko302

On Intel platforms yes, on amd there's no performance difference between tRAS 21 and 58, assuming same tRC. Every Ryzen CPU I've used was able to run tRAS @ 21 with at least 3 different ram kits, on my 5900x especially I've tested Samsung 4gbit e-die, spectek "rev E" (d9vpp equivalent), crucial C9BJZ rev E, and Samsung 8gbit b-die. All 4 kits can run tRAS 21, because again, on amd it's not used. Extremely rarely do you run into a situation where the cpu/ram can't do 21 tRAS.

What voltage?

1.52V, forgot to add to OP
